Abstract:

Bugün dünya hızlı bir şekilde değişmekte, teknoloji gelişmekte ve sosyal hayat değişmektedir. Bunun sonucunda işletmeler söz konusu değişimlerden büyük bir oranda etkilenmektedir. İşletmelerin başlıca amaçlarından biri de yeniçağa ayak uydurmaktır. Bu bağlamda, yöneticiler ve işletme sahipleri büyük görevler üstlenmektedir. İşletmeler ve çalışanlar açısından çevrelerinde yaşanan gelişme ve değişimleri takip etmeleri ve onlara uyum sağlamaları zordur bundan dolayı da çok fazla emek harcamaları gerekmektedir. Buradan hareketle, bu çalışmada daha önceki dönemlerde literatürde önemli yeri olan örgütsel adalet ve motivasyon gibi kavramlar ön planda tutulmuştur. Çalışma çerçevesinde örgütsel adalet tüm boyutları ile ortaya konulmuş ve motivasyon üzerindeki etkisi açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır. Ticaret alanında etkin olan kurumların örgütsel adaleti ne derece sağladıkları ve bu sayede çalışanlar üzerinde motivasyon sağlama noktasında ne denli başarılı oldukları incelenmiştir. Araştırmada iki değişkenin (Örgütsel Adalet ve Motivasyon) birbirleriyle olan ilişkilerinin yönü ve boyutu belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu amaçla Türkiye Ticaret Sicil Müdürlüğü çalışanları arasından kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle seçilen 208 kişiden yüz yüze anket yöntemiyle elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik paket programı ile değerlendirilmiş ve sonuçlar yorumlanmıştır. Geçerlilik ve Güvenilirlik, Faktör Analizi, Tanımlayıcı İstatistikler, T testi, ANOVA, Korelasyon testleri ve Regresyon Analizi uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları doğrultusunda; bağımsız değişken olan örgütsel adalet ile bağımlı değişken olan motivasyon arasında pozitif yönde ve anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca örgütsel adalet faktörü alt boyutları ile motivasyon faktörlerinin alt boyutları arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkiler olduğu saptanmıştır.

Today the world is changing rapidly, technology is developing and social life is changing. As a result, are greatly affected by the changes. One of the main objectives of the business is to follow the new age. In this context, managers and business owners take over major tasks. It is difficult for and employees to follow and adapt to developments and changes in their surroundings, and therefore they need to spend a lot of work. From here on, the concepts such as organizational justice and motivation, which have played an important role in literature in the previous periods, have been held in the forefront. In the framework of the study, organizational justice was revealed in all dimensions and the impact on motivation was tried to be explained. It has been studied how successful the institutions that are active in the trade field are providing organizational justice and thus how successful they are in providing motivation on employees. The study has sought to determine the direction and size of the relationships between the two variables (Organization Justice and Motivation). For this purpose, the data obtained by the face-to-face survey method of 208 people selected by the easy sample method from the employees of the Turkish Trade Register Directorate was evaluated with the SPSS statistical package program and the results were interpreted. Validity and reliability, Factor Analysis, Identifying Statistics, T Test, ANOVA, Correlation Tests and Regression Analysis have been applied. According to the research results, there was a positive and meaningful relationship between independent variable organizational justice and dependent variable motivation. It is also found that there are positive and meaningful relationships between the underdimensions of the organizational justice factor and the underdimensions of the motivation factors.

One of the main purposes of enterprises is to keep up with the new age. In this context, managers and business owners play major roles. It is difficult for enterprises and their employees to monitor the developments and changes in their environment and adapt to them, so they need to make a great deal of effort. From this point of view, in this study, concepts such as organizational justice and motivation, which had crucial positions in the previous periods in the literature, were prioritized. In the framework of the study, organizational justice was revealed with all its dimensions and its impact on motivation was tried to be explained. The extent to which the institutions active in the field of trade provide organizational justice and how successful they are in motivating employees were examined. In the research study, the direction and magnitude of the relationship between two variables (Organizational Justice and Motivation) were tried to be determined. For this purpose, the data obtained from 208 people who were selected by the convenience sampling method among the employees of the Turkish Trade Registry Office through face-to-face survey questionnaires were evaluated via the SPSS statistical software, and the results were interpreted. Validity and Reliability, Factor Analysis, Descriptive Statistics, T-test, ANOVA, and Correlation tests were performed. In compliance with the research results; a positive and significant relationship was found between the independent variable, Organizational Justice, and the dependent variable Motivation. Furthermore, a positive and significant relationship was found between the sub-dimensions of the organizational justice factor and the sub-dimensions of the motivation factor.
