Etik Liderliğin Örgütsel Dışlanma Ve Örgütsel Sessizliğe Etkisi: Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Çalışanlarına Yönelik Bir Araştırma

ÖZET Örgütsel dışlanma ve sessizlik, günümüzde örgütler için önemli sorunlar arasında ifade edilmektedir. Dışlanma ve sessizliği azaltan faktörlerin ortaya çıkarılması doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilen araştırmaların, bu sorunların azaltılmasına katkı sağlaması mümkündür. Bu bağlamda, bu araştırmanın amacı; etik liderliğin örgütsel dışlanmaya ve örgüsel sessizliğe olası etkilerini incelemektir. Araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak; Sessizlik Ölçeği, Dışlanma Ölçeği ve Etik Liderlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma kapsamında Kırıkkale Üniversitesi’nde görev yapan 280 Akademik ve İdari personelden anket tekniğiyle birincil veriler toplanmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS programıyla analiz edilmiş ve araştırma hipotezleri test edilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonuçlarına göre etik liderliğin örgütsel dışlanmayı ve örgütsel sessizliğin kabullenici ve korunmacı boyutlarını, anlamlı düzeyde ve negatif yönde etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Son olarak araştırma bulguları yorumlanmış ve araştırmacılara öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

Abstract:

Organizational exclusion and silence are expressed among the major problems for organizations today. Research conducted in the direction of the detection of the factors that reduce excretion and silence may contribute to the reduction of these problems. In this context, the purpose of this research is to explore the possible effects of ethical leadership on organizational exclusion and organizational silence. The research used the measure of silence, the measure of excretion and the measure of ethical leadership. In the framework of the research, 280 academic and administrative staff working at the University of Kırıkkale collected primary data with the survey technique. The data collected was analyzed with the SPSS program and research hypotheses were tested. The research finds that ethical leadership affects organizational exclusion and the acceptable and protective dimensions of organizational silence, in a meaningful and negative direction. Finally, the research findings were interpreted and recommendations for researchers were developed.

Organizational ostracism and silence are among the important problems for organizations today. It is possible that researches carried out in order to reveal the factors that reduce ostracism and silence can contribute to the reduction of these problems. In this context, the aim of this research is; to examine the possible effects of ethical leadership on organizational ostracism and organizational silence. As data collection tools in the research; Silence Scale, Exclusion Scale and Ethical Leadership Scale were used. Within the scope of the research, primary data were collected from 280 Academic and Administrative personnel working at Kırıkkale University by questionnaire technique. The collected data were analyzed with the SPSS program and the research hypotheses were tested. According to the results of the research, it has been determined that ethical leadership affects organizational ostracism and organizational silence's accepting and protective dimensions significantly and negatively. Finally, the research findings were interpreted and suggestions were developed for the researchers.
