Günümüzün küreselleşen dünyasında kitle iletişim araçlarının gelişmesiyle dünya küçük bir köy haline gelmiştir. Bununla birlikte insanlar farklı yerleri ve kültürleri tanımak istemiş ve ana dilden başka bir de farklı milletlerin dillerini öğrenme merakı doğmuştur. Kültürlerin birbirlerini bu denli etkilediği bir dünyada Türkçe de yabancılar tarafından çok öğrenilen diller grubuna girmiştir. Bunun sonucu olarak farklı kurum ve kuruluşlar gerek öğretmen desteğiyle, gerekse de çıkarılan Türkçe yayınlarla Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretilmesinde ihtiyacı karşılamaya çalışmışlardır. Bu konu ile ilgili ilk olarak açılan kurumlardan olan ve Ankara Üniversitesi tarafından kurulan TÖMER’ler aracılığıyla bu talepler karşılanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bununla birlikte bazı özel kurum ve kuruluşlar da kendi kitap ve kaynaklarını çıkarmaya başlamış ve Türkçenin yabancı dil olarak öğretimine başlamışlardır. 2000 yılında kurulan Dilset Yayınları yurt dışındaki ilköğretim, orta öğretim ve üniversite düzeyindeki eğitim kurumlarının Türkçe kitap ve yardımcı ders materyalleri konusundaki boşluğunu önemli bir oranda doldurmaktadır. Bunlar arasında ders kitapları, çalışma kitapları, dil bilgisi kitapları, öğretmen kitapları, dinleme CD’leri, etkileşimli CD’ler, okuma kitapları bulunmaktadır. Dilset Yayınları aynı zamanda yurt dışında yaşayan Türk öğrenciler için de ana dilde Türkçe kitapları hazırlamaktadır. Dilset Yayınları’nın Türkçe öğretimi serisi değişik gruplardan oluşmaktadır. Sevgi Dili Türkçe, Ebru Türkçe, Gökkuşağı Türkçe, Lale Türkçe, Harmoni Türkçe ve Ana Dilim Türkçe serisi. Bu serilerden 2011 yılında çıkan Lale Türkçe kitabı 4 seriden oluşmaktadır. Bunlardan çalışmada ele alınan Lale Türkçe 2 kitabı Avrupa Birliği Dil Kriterleri açısından A2 seviyesindedir. Bu araştırmada, analiz yöntemi kullanılarak Lale 2 Türkçe kitabındaki okuma metinleri ve diyaloglar incelenmiş, Türkçe öğretmenlerinden çeşitli anketler alınarak bu metinler konulara uygunluk ve güncellik gibi bazı kriterlere göre değerlendirilmiş ve çıkan sonuçlar bazı veri ve grafiklerle sunulmuştur. Anket verilerine göre, genel olarak söz konusu kitaptaki metinlerin öğrencilerin seviyesine uygun olduğu ve A2 seviye için yeterli olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
In today’s globalized world, with the development of mass communications, the world has become a small village. However, people wanted to know different places and cultures, and the curiosity was born to learn the languages of different nations in addition to their native language. In a world where cultures have so much influence on each other, Turkey has also entered the language group that is highly learned by foreigners. As a result, different institutions and organizations have tried to meet the need for teaching Turkish as a foreign language with the support of teachers, and with the Turkish publications that are needed. These requests were attempted to be met through the TÖMERs, which were the first institutions opened and established by the University of Ankara. However, some private institutions and organizations have also begun to extract their own books and resources and have begun to teach Turkish as a foreign language. Founded in 2000, the Language Publications significantly fills the gap in the subject of the Turkish book and assistant curriculum materials of primary, secondary and university-level educational institutions abroad. These include curricula books, workbooks, language knowledge books, teaching books, listening CDs, interactive CDs, reading books. The Language Publications also prepares Turkish books in their native language for Turkish students living abroad. The Turkish language teaching series is made up of different groups. Love Language Turkish, Ebru Turkish, Gökkuşağı Turkish, Lale Turkish, Harmoni Turkish and Ana Dilim Turkish series. The Lale Turkish book, which was published in 2011, consists of four series. The Lale Turkish 2 book, which is discussed in this study, is at the level A2 in terms of the European Union Language Criteria. In this study, using the analysis method, the reading texts and dialogues in the Lale 2 Turkish book were studied, various surveys from Turkish teachers were taken, these texts were evaluated according to some criteria such as suitability and up-to-date, and the outcome results were presented with some data and graphics. According to the survey data, it was found that the texts in the book in general matched the level of the students and were sufficient for the level A2.

Love Language Turkish, Ebru Turkish, Gokkusagi Turkish, Lale Turkish, Harmoni Turkish and Mother Tongue Turkish series. Among these series, Lale Turkish book, which was published in 2011, consists of 4 series. Lale Turkish 2 book, which we have considered in our study, is A2 level in terms of European Union Language Criteria. In this study, the reading texts and dialogues in Lale-2 Turkish book were examined using the analysis method, various questionnaires were taken from Turkish teachers and these texts were evaluated according to some criteria such as relevance and timeliness, and the results were presented with some data and graphics. According to the survey data, it was determined that the texts in the book in question were generally suitable for the level of the students and were sufficient for the A2 level.
