Özet:

Abstract The article aims to highlight semiotic contributions to the communication studies, taking into account changes in the media landscape with the advent of the internet, especially in the current phase of social networks. The study provides insights, concerning the importance of further explorations of the conceptual universe of three areas deemed essential for a better understanding of the semiosis produced in and by the media: enunciation, circulation and mediatization. The starting point of this work is the study of the effects, in order to rethink other paths of research due to the media implications in the contemporary context. Author Biography Giovandro Marcus Ferreira, UFBA - Universidade Federal da Bahia Giovandro Marcus Ferreira pesquisador do CNPq e professor na Faculdade de Comunicação da Universidade Federal da Bahia (FACOM-UFBA). Coordena o CEPAD - Centro de Estudos e Pesquisa em Análise do Discurso e o CCDC – Centro de Comunicação, Democracia e Cidadania. É professor no Programa de Pós-Graduação em Comunicação e Cultura. É doutor e mestre em Ciências da Informação pelo Instituto Francês de Imprensa e Comunicação (IFP), Universidade de Paris 2 (Panthéon-Assas). Graduou-se em Filosofia pela PUC-MG eem Comunicação Social- jornalismo  pela UFES.
