Bu araştırmanın amacı psikolojik güvenliğin sanal kaytarma davranışları üzerinde etkisi olup olmadığını araştırmaktır. Araştırmada banka sektöründe çalışan 120 kişiden anket tekniğiyle veriler toplanmış ve bu veriler SPSS programıyla analize tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırmada öncelikle psikolojik güvenlik ve sanal kaytarma kavramları açıklanmış ve teorik altyapı temel alınarak araştırma modeli ve hipotezler oluşturulmuştur. Sonrasında ise toplanan veriler analiz edilerek yorumlanmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarına göre; psikolojik güvenliğin hem sanal kaytarmayı hem de sanal kaytarmanın alt boyutlarını (önemli sanal kaytarma, önemsiz sanal kaytarma) olumsuz yönde ve anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir. Sonuçlara göre çalışanların kendilerini psikolojik olarak güvende hissetmeleri sanal kaytarma gibi örgüte zarar verebilecek davranışlardan kaçınmalarını sağlayabilir.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of psychological safety on cyberloafing behaviors. Data were collected from 120 people working in the finance sector with the survey technique and these data were analyzed with the SPSS program. In the research, firstly the psychological safety and cyberloafing concepts were explained and the research model and hypotheses were formed based on the theoretical background. Afterwards, the collected data were analyzed and interpreted. According to the analysis results; It was determined that psychological safety has negative and significantly impact on both cyberloafing and sub-dimensions (significant cyberloafing, minor cyberloafing). According to the results, employees' feeling psychologically safe can avoid behaviors that may harm the organization such as cyberloafing.
