Türk dili tarihine baktığımızda dinî eserlerinin büyük bir yer kapsadığını görüyoruz. Özellikle mensur eserlerin dikkate değer bir bölümü dinî içeriğe sahiptir. Türklerin İslamiyet'i kabul etmesiyle birlikte, İslam dini, kültürü ve tarihi ile ilgili birçok eser yazılmaya başlandı. Kuran tercümeleri, tefsirler, peygamberler tarihi, menkıbeler, fıkıh kitapları vb. yapıtlar genel olarak İslamiyet'i yaymak, bu dinin kurallarını doğru şekilde anlatmak ve uygulamak amacıyla yazılmıştır. Türkçede görülen bu eserlerin büyük bir kısmı Arapça veya Farsça eserlerden tercüme edilmiştir. Bu makalede Hanefi mezhebinin önemli fıkıh kitaplarından biri olan Fıkh-ı Keydânî'nin Çağatay çevirisi üzerinde durulmuştur. Eserin orijinali Lütfullah Keydânî (ö. 1349) tarafından Arapça olarak yazılmıştır. Bu eser yazıldığı dönemden itibaren önemli fıkıh kaynaklarından biri olmuş, daha sonra Farsça ve Türkçeye çevrilmiştir. Bu tercümeler farklı mütercimler tarafından çevrildiği için değişik adlarla tanıtılmışlardır. Söz konusu çevirilerden biri de Muʻallimü'l-Etrak'tır. Söz konusu eser, İran Millî Kütüphanesi'nde 34234 numarayla kayıtlıdır. Bu makalede eseri tanıtmakla birlikte eserin genel özellikleri ve dil hususiyetleri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir.
When we look at the history of the Turkish language, we see that the religious works cover a great place. Especially a significant part of the membership works have religious content. As the Turks accepted Islamism, many works about Islam's religion, culture and history began to be written. Translations of the Qur’an, the interpretations, the history of the prophets, the memes, the fictional books, etc. The works are written to spread Islam in general, to correctly describe and apply the rules of this religion. Most of these works in Turkish are translated from Arabic or Persian. This article is focused on the translation of Fıkh-i Keydânî, one of the important fıkh books of Hanefi. The original of the work is the praise of Allah. It was written in Arabic by 1349. This work has become one of the important fictional sources since the time it was written, and was later translated into Persian and Turkish. These translations are presented with different names because they are translated by different translators. One of these translations is Mu'allimü'l-Etrak. The work is registered in the National Library of Iran with the number 34234. In this article, the work was presented with information on the general characteristics of the work and language specifications.
An overview on the history of Turkic language indicates that religious works have a special place in this field. In particular, a considerable part of prose works have religious content. At the same time with adoption of Islam by Turkic people, numerous works were written about religion, culture and history of Islam. Among them, it can be refer to translations of Quran, commentaries, the history of prophets, lives of religious elders, jurisprudential books and the like, which have been written to promote Islam, the correct teaching of religious laws and their implementation. In Turkic language, the works with such contents have been often translated from Persian or Arabic. The purpose of present study was to investigate the Chagatai translation of Keydani jurisprudence as one of the important juristic books of Hanafi School. The original work has been written in Arabic by Lutfullah Keydani (d. 1349). This book had been considered as one of the important sources of jurisprudence during that era and afterwards and was later translated into Persian and Turkic languages. The translations are known by many different names because they have been translated by different translators. One of the considered translations is Muʻallimu'l-Etrak. This book is kept in the National Library of Iran under number 34234. In present study, the book has been introduced and some of its general features as well as its linguistic features have been discussed.
