Geçmişten günümüze değişen yaşam koşulları ve artan rekabet sonucunda örgütler sürekliliklerini korumak için işini severek yapan işe tutkun işgörenlere ihtiyaç duymaktadırlar. İşe tutkunluk işgörenlerin yaptıkları işe en yüksek performans ile kendilerini vermeleri olarak tanımlanabilmektedir. İşe tutkunluk dinçlik, adanmışlık ve yoğunlaşma olmak üzere üç boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Psikolojik sahiplenme mülkiyet sahibi olmakla ilgili yasal veya yasal olmayan hakların bulunmadığı şartlarda yaşanan sahiplenme duygusu şeklinde tanımlanabilmektedir. Psikolojik sahiplenme bölgecilik, öz yeterlilik, hesap verebilirlik, ait olma duygusu ve öz kimlik olmak üzere beş boyuttan oluşmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı psikolojik sahiplenmenin işe tutkunluk üzerindeki etkisini belirlemektir. Yapılan analizler sonucunda psikolojik sahiplenmenin işe tutkunluk üzerinde pozitif yönde anlamlı bir etkisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
As a result of the changing living conditions from the past to the present and increasing competition, organizations need passionate employers to work in order to maintain their continuity. The passion for work can be defined as giving themselves the highest performance for the work they do. The passion for work consists of three dimensions: devotion, devotion and concentration. Psychological possession can be defined as a sense of possession under conditions where there are no legal or unlawful rights related to possession. Psychological possession consists of five dimensions: regionalism, self-capacity, accountability, sense of belonging and self-identity. The aim of this study is to determine the impact of psychological possession on passion for work. The results of the analysis have found that psychological possession has a significant positive impact on passion for work.
