Bu çalışma ile Türkiye’de sağlık kurumlarında hizmet veren sağlık çalışanlarının kurumlarına karşı yaşadıkları örgütsel sinizmlerinin medeni durumlarına göre farklılaşma düzeylerinin meta-analiz yöntemiyle ortaya konulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Ocak 2008 ve Aralık 2019 tarihleri arasında sağlık kurumlarında örgütsel sinizm konusunu ele alan tez ve makalelerden elde edilen veriler kullanılmış ve araştırmacıların belirlemiş olduğu dahil edilme kriterlerine uygun olan 18 çalışma verisi meta-analiz çalışmasına dahil edilmiştir. Huni Grafiği, Begg ve Mazumdar Testi ve Egger Testi ile incelenen yayın yanlılığı sonucunda çalışmalarda yayın yanlılığı olmadığı bulgulanmıştır. Etki büyüklükleri, meta-analize dahil edilen çalışma sayısı 18’in altında olduğu için Hedge’nin g’sine göre hesaplanmış, analizler ise çalışma sonuçlarındaki heterojenlik nedeniyle rastgele etkiler modeline göre yapılmıştır. Meta-analiz çalışmasına sonucuna göre sağlık çalışanlarının medeni durumlarına göre yaşadıkları örgütsel sinizm düzeylerinin etki büyüklüğü önemsiz (0,023) düzeydedir. Çalışmalardaki heterojenliğin nedenini anlamak için yapılan moderatör analizi sonucunda ise örneklem grubu ve çalışma türünün etki büyüklüğü üzerinde moderatör etkiye sahip olmadığı, çalışma bölgesinin ise etki büyüklüğü üzerinde moderatör etkiye sahip olduğu bulgulanmıştır.
This study has been aimed at revealing the levels of differentiation according to the civic conditions of organizational sinisms in the institutions of healthcare workers serving in Turkey by the meta-analysis method. For this purpose, the data obtained from the theses and articles on the subject of organizational sinism in health institutions between January 2008 and December 2019 were used and included in the meta-analysis study of 18 study data that comply with the inclusion criteria determined by the researchers. The publication errors studied with Huni Graphics, Begg and Mazumdar Test and Egger Test found that there was no publication errors in the studies. The impact sizes were calculated according to Hedge's g, as the number of studies included in the meta-analysis was less than 18, and the analyses were made according to the random effects model due to the heterogeneity in the study results. According to the meta-analysis study, the impact of organizational sinism levels that healthcare workers experience according to their civic conditions is low (0,023) levels. The moderators’ analysis to understand the cause of heterogeneity in the studies found that the sample group and the type of work did not have a moderator effect on the impact size, and the work area did have a moderator effect on the impact size.
The study aims to demonstrate the levels of differentiation according to the marital status of the health care workers serving in health institutions in Turkey. For this purpose, between January 2008 and December 2019, 18 study data meta-analysis studies are included and articles obtained from the theses and articles that discussed organizational cynicism in health institutions, and 18 study data that complied with the criteria for inclusion determined by the researchers. As a result of the publication bias examined by the Funnel Plot, Begg and Mazumdar Test and Egger Test, it is found that there is no pro-publication in the studies. The effect sizes are calculated according to the G of the hedge as the number of studies even meta-analyzed is below 18, while the analyses are conducted according to the random effects model due to heterogeneity in the study results. According to the results of the Meta-analysis study, the effect size of the organizational cynicism levels experienced by health workers according to their marital status is negligible (0.023). As a result of the moderator analysis to understand the cause of heterogeneity in the studies, it is found that the sample group and study Type does not have a moderator effect on the effect size, whereas the study region has a moderator effect on the effect size.
