The purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between the learning styles of sports manager candidates and the characteristics of creative personality. The study, based on the general scanning approaches with the relative scanning model, includes 340 students in the Sports Management Bachelor’s program, identified by a simple random sampling technique. The research data was collected through the "Kolb Learning Styles Inventory-III" developed by Kolb (1999) and adapted to the Turkish language by Evin-Gencel (2007) and the "Creative Personality Characteristics Scale" developed by Shahin and Advisor (2017). Before the study, written permissions were obtained from the Artvin Çoruh University Ethics Board (2020/1) on the ethical conformity of the study and researchers on the use of measurement tools in the research framework. Measurement tools are transferred to the Microsoft Forms app and the data is collected online. Due to the normal distribution of the obtained data, the parametric tests were used and the data were analyzed through the SPSS v25 program, the frequency distribution, the Way ANOVA and the Pearson Correlation tests. As a result, 14.7 per cent of participants have a learning style of “Related”, 40.6 per cent of participants have a “Change”, 25 per cent of participants have a “Place” and 19.7 per cent of participants have a “Interior Motivation” and a “Risk” learning style. From participants with other learning styles in receiving dimensions; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles; from participants with other learning styles. Finally, it was found that there was a relationship between the participants' "transforming knowledge" path points and the characteristics of creative personality.
