BANKACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE ÇALIŞANLARIN İŞ TATMİNLERİ VE ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIKLARI ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı, banka çalışanlarının iş tatminleri ile örgütsel bağlılıklarının birbirleriyle olan ilişkisinin sorgulanması ve bu çalışanların statülerine göre iş tatminlerinin ve örgütsel bağlılıklarının farklılaşıp farklılaşma-dığının araştırılmasıdır. Bu gaye ile gerçekleştirilen literatür araştırması sonucunda, 5’li Likert ölçeği esasına göre oluşturulan anketlerde yer alan iş tatmini ölçeği ve örgütsel bağlılık ölçeği güvenilirlik analizine tabi tutulmuş ve saptanan veriler analiz edilerek çeşitli değerlendirmelerde bulunulmuştur. Araştırma, HSBC Bank A.Ş. (The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation), TEB (Türkiye Ekonomi Bankası) ve Türkiye İş Bankası'ndaki 111 çalı-şandan elde edilen verilerle gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucu elde edilen veriler ANOVA ve korelasyon ana-lizlerine tabi tutulmuştur. Araştırma neticesinde banka çalışanlarının iş tatmini ile örgütsel bağlılıkları arasında orta düzeyde, pozitif ve anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu saptanmış, aynı zamanda banka çalışanlarının statülerine göre iş tatminleri ve örgütsel bağlılıklarının farklılaştığı görülmüştür.

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to question the relationship between the work satisfaction of the bank employees and their organizational liabilities and to investigate whether their work satisfaction and their organizational liabilities are differentiated and differentiated according to their status. As a result of the literary research carried out with this gaye, the scale of work satisfaction and the scale of organizational commitment included in the surveys created according to the 5 Likert scale were subjected to reliability analysis and the identified data were analyzed in various assessments. Research by HSBC Bank A.Ş. (The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation), the TEB (Turkish Economic Bank) and the Turkish Business Bank (Turkish Business Bank) have obtained data from 111 trees. The data obtained from the research was subject to ANOVA and correlation main-lists. The research found that there was a positive and meaningful relationship between the employment satisfaction of the bank employees and their organizational liabilities at a medium level, and that the employment satisfaction and their organizational liabilities varied according to the status of the bank employees.
