Abstract:

Özet Araştırmada Schaufeli ve Bakker (2003) tarafından geliştirilmiş olan İşe Angaje Olma Ölçeği’nin kısa versiyonu çeviri ve geri-çeviri yöntemiyle Türkçe’ye tercüme edilerek 146 süpermarket çalışanının oluşturduğu bir örneklemden veri toplanmıştır. Örgütsel özdeşleşme, iş tatmini, duygusal örgütsel bağlılık ve işten ayrılma niyeti ölçekleri kullanılarak tercüme ölçeğin yakınsak ve ıraksak geçerliliği test edilmiştir. Elde edilen veri seti üzerinde yürütülen analizler, 9 maddelik tercüme ölçeğin güvenilir ve geçerli bir ölçüm aracı olduğunu göstermektedir. Kısıtlar ve gelecek çalışmalar için öneriler ayrıca tartışılmıştır.

Abstract:

The short version of the Employment Engagement Scale developed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2003) was translated into Turkish by translation and re-translation method and data were collected from a sample of 146 supermarket employees. The scale of organizational identity, work satisfaction, emotional organizational commitment and the intention to leave the work has been tested for the validity of the translation scale. Analysis on the obtained data set shows that the 9 material translation scale is a reliable and valid measurement tool. Restrictions and recommendations for future studies have also been discussed.
