Bu çalışmada kariyer tekeri modeline dayalı grup müdahalesinin üniversite öğrencilerinin kariyer uyumuna etkisi incelenmiştir. Araştırmada deney grubu Ankara üniversitesi Eğitim Bilimleri Fakültesi Rehberlik ve Psikolojik Danışmanlık bölümü 4.sınıf tan gönüllü 9 öğrenci seçilerek oluşturulmuştur. Araştırmada ön-test ve son-test, tek gruplu deneysel bir desen kullanılmıştır. Deney grubuna 5 hafta boyunca oturumlar halinde grup müdahalesi uygulandı. Grup uygulamasının başında ve sonunda Kariyer Geleceği Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Öğrencilerin kariyer uyumu öntest ve sontest puanları arasında anlamlı bir farklılığın olup olmadığını belirlemek amacıyla Wilcoxon Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda deney grubundaki öğrencilere uygulanan kariyer tekeri modeline dayalı kariyer uyumu programının öğrencilerin kariyer uyumunu arttırdığı görülmüştür.
This study has studied the impact of group intervention based on a career one-to-one model on the career adaptation of university students. The research experimental group was created by selecting 9 volunteers from the 4th grade of the Faculty of Education Sciences and Psychological Consultancy Department of the University of Ankara. In the research, a pre-test and final-test, a single-group experimental pattern was used. A group intervention was applied to the experimental group in sessions for 5 weeks. At the beginning and end of the group application, the career future scale was implemented. The Wilcoxon Test has been used to determine whether there is a significant difference between the student's career matching predest and estest scores. The study found that a career-conformity program based on a career-round model applied to students in the experimental group improved the career-conformity of students.
