Abstract:

Bu çalışma sağlık hizmetlerinin önemli bir parçası olan hemşirelerde psikolojik sermaye düzeylerinin belirlenmesi ve psikolojik sermayenin bireysel performansa etkisini ortaya koymak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma Malatya’da bir kamu hastanesinde 150 hemşireden elde edilen veriler doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilmiştir.  Veri toplama araçları olarak yararlanılan ölçekler  Luthans vd., (2007)’nin geliştirdiği; Çetin ve Basım (2012)’ın Türkçeye adaptasyon çalışmasını yaptığı Psikolojik Sermaye Ölçeği ile Schepers (2005)’ın geliştirip Özpehlivan (2015)’nın geçerlilik güvenirlik çalışmasını yaptığı Bireysel Performans Ölçeği’nden yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde sayı-yüzdelik hesaplama, frekans, t testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi, pearson kolerasyon analizi, basit ve çoklu regresyon analizi yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada psikolojik sermayenin ve alt boyutlarından öz yeterlilik alt boyutunun bireysel performansı istatiksel açıdan anlamlı ve pozitif yönde etkilediği belirlenmiştir.

This study was carried out to determine the psychological capital levels of nurses who are an important part of health services and to show the effect of psychological capital on individual performance. The study was carried out in accordance with the data obtained from 150 nurses in a public hospital in Malta. The scales used as data collection tools were developed by Luthans et al. (2007), and the psychological capital scale developed by Cetin and Pressem (2012) for Turkish adaptation study was developed by Schepers (2005). The validity reliability study used its individual performance scale. In the analysis of the data, number-percentage calculation, frequency, t-test, one-way analysis of variance, pearson correlation analysis, simple and multiple regression analysis methods were applied. In this study, it was determined that the self-efficiency sub-dimensions of the psychological capital and its sub-dimensions affected the individual performance statistically significant and positively.
