In today's competitive environment, businesses need to create an environment in which employees can freely express their knowledge and ideas to carry the business, processes, products or services into the future. Empowering employees psychologically and ensuring high leader-member exchange, it will be significant factors in creating this environment. As a result of this, employees, who are the most important assets of enterprises, will add value to the enterprise, and businesses gain a competitive advantage eventually. In this study, it is aimed to investigate the effect of leader-member exchange on employee voice and turnover intention in the service sector employees and to measure the moderator effect of psychological empowerment in these two relationships. To achieve these aims, 155 employees were reached in various hotels, cafes, and restaurants operating in the city center of Kütahya and the data were gathered through a survey form. The data obtained were analyzed by SPSS 20.0 and Macro Process extension. According to the results of the research, the leader-member exchange has a positive effect on employee voice, negative effect on turnover intention and psychological empowerment has a moderator effect on these two relationships. In other words, as the moderating effect of psychological empowerment increases between among variables, the effect of leader-member exchange on employee voice positively increases, on turnover intention negatively decreases.
