Bu çalışmanın amacı taekwondo hakemleri ile antrenörlerinin görev kişilik ve saldırganlık düzeylerinin karşılaştırılmasıdır. Çalışma verileri Antalya ilinde gerçekleştirilen taekwondo hakem ve antrenörleri seminerinde elde edilmiştir. Araştırma verileri görev kişilik ve saldırganlık ölçeği, eysenck kişilik anketi kısaltılmış formu, görev ve ego yönelimi ölçeği ile toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu, taekwondo hakemi (n=88), taekwondo antrenörü (n=110), toplam 198 taekwondo hakem ve antrenöründen oluşmaktadır. İstatistiksel analizler 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde değerlendirilmiş olup, grupların karşılaştırmasında Independent Samples-T test kullanılmıştır. Antrenörlerin ve hakemlerin tüm alt boyutları karşılaştırıldığında hiçbir alt boyutta anlamlı farklılıklara rastlanmamıştır (p>0,05).
The aim of this study is to compare taekwondo judges with the tasks of personality and level of aggression of their coaches. The work data was obtained in the taekwondo judges and coaches seminar held in Antalya province. The research data is collected with the scale of task personality and aggression, eysenck personality survey shortened form, task and ego orientation scale. The study’s sample group consists of the taekwondo judge (n=88), the taekwondo coach (n=110), a total of 198 taekwondo judges and coaches. Statistical analyses were evaluated at 0.05 significance levels, and the Independent Samples-T test was used for the comparison of groups. In comparison with all the subdimensions of the coaches and judges, no significant differences were found in any subdimensions (p>0,05).
