The aim of this study is to study the impact of playful activities and the level of physical activity on attention development. The study included a total of 439 children, including 209 girls and 230 men, aged 10-13 years. The children are divided into two groups, a control group and an educational game-playing experimental group for the development of attention for 14 weeks. The attention level of children is determined by the D2 attention test and the level of physical activity is determined by the physical activity survey for primary school students. The difference between the pre-test and the final test of the groups was used by the paired t test. The study found that the attention levels of both the experimental group and the control group increased in the last test, while the increase in the experimental group was higher than the control group. It has also been determined that children with high levels of physical activity have high levels of attention. It can be said that it is necessary to increase the level of physical activity and the time spent with playful activities to prevent the lack of attention, which is the major problem of children today. In this context, it may be recommended that parents and teachers add educational games that include physical movements to the content of the curriculum to enhance the children’s attention development.
