Et-Tahrîr ve’t-Tenvîr adlı eserinin en önemli özelliklerinden birisi yazarına ait şahsi fikirlerin ve münakaşadaki cesaretinin kendinden önceki âlimlere cevap verirken kuvvetli olmasıdır. İbn Âşûr’ûn cevapları çoğunlukla yumuşak sert veya alaycı olmaktan uzaktır. Bunun yanında makbul nahiv ve sarf izahlarından uzak değildir. Bu bakış açısından, araştırmanın amacı, Tahir b. Âşûr’un Et-Tahrîr ve’t-Tenvîr eserindeki dilbilgisi itirazlarının durumunun vurgulanıp bilimsel değerinin belirtilmesidir. Müellif itiraz ederken çeşitli metotlar kullanmıştır: çoğunlukla itiraz edilen kişilerin isimlerini zikrederken, bazen de duyurmaz. Bazen verdiği cevabı ayrıntılı bir şekilde açıklarken bazen ise yalnızca muhalif görüşlerin zayıflığından bahseder. İbn Âşûr’ûn itirazlarını ifade eden farklı lafızlar arasında ?????? ?????? ??? ???? ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????? ???????? ???" ??????? ?????? vb. lafızlar bulunmaktadır. Çalışmanın sonucunda ortaya çıkan en önemli bulgulardan biri, İbn Âşûr nahiv meselelerinin tahlili yaparken titiz ve feraset sahibi olduğudur. Bunun yanında nahivcilere yönelik itirazlarında uyguladığı yöntem sadelik eğiliminde olduğunun bir göstergesidir. Arap nahiv mirasından naklettiği bütün bilgilerine bakıldığında taklit etmediğini, ancak konuların sunumunda da Müberrid (ö.286), İbn Hâleveyh (ö.370) ebu Ali el-Farisî (ö. 377), İbn Cinnî (ö. 392), Zemahşerî (ö. 538) İbn Hacib (ö.646), İbn Malik (ö. 672) ve İbn Hişâm (ö. 761) gibi önde gelen nahivcilere itiraz etmesiyle bağımsız bir nahiv kişiliğine sahip olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır.
One of the most important characteristics of the work of Et-Tahrîr and't-Tenvîr is that the personal ideas of the author and the courage in the dispute are strong when responding to the worlds before him. The answer to Ibn ‘Ashur’ is far from being soft hard or ridiculous. It is not far from the signs and the signs. From this point of view, the purpose of the research is to emphasize the status of eth-Tahrîr and't-Tenvîr's linguistic objections in Tahir b. Ashur's work and to point out its scientific value. The advocate used various methods when it objected: most of the time, when it reminds of the names of those who were objected, sometimes it does not announce. Sometimes he explains his answer in detail, but sometimes he only talks about the weakness of the opposition views. There are many different kinds of speeches between the speeches of the speeches.
One of the most important characteristics of Tahir Ibn Ashour is that he has a special opinion, an independent personality and boldness in the discussion, and strength in the responses to other advanced scholars. His soft responses are often far from harsh or sarcastic. It is not far from acceptable grammatical or linguistic guidance. From this point of view, the aim of this research was to highlight the status of grammatical objections in it’s book "Al-Tahrir Wa-Al-Tanwir" and to indicate its scientific value. There are many ways to object to grammarians, so we declare their name, sometimes others do not announce the name of those who object to it. Sometimes they are separated by a response and an objection, and sometimes others only mention the weakness of dissenting opinion only. In addition to which he had different terms such as: (illusion, forgetfulness, error, contrast, claim, yield, response, anomalies, rare, etc.). One of the most important results that emerged through the study is that Tahir Ibn Ashour was accurate and has a close look at the analysis of issues. The method he adopted in his objections to the grammarians tends to ease without cost. He was not an imitator in all that he conveys from the grammatical heritage, but he had an independent grammatical personality that emerged through his presentation of the issues and his opposition to a number of imams of grammar.
