Alanyazın incelendiğinde uzaktan eğitim teknolojilerinin kullanımı ve öğretmenlerin uzaktan eğitime ilişkin görüş, algı ve tutumları ile ilgili çok sayıda çalışmanın yapıldığı dikkati çekmektedir. Bununla birlikte, salgın döneminde doğrudan yaşanıp test edilmişliklere dayalı olarak uyum sorunlarının özellikle yeterlikler çerçevesinde yeniden ele alınmasının önemli bir ihtiyaç haline geldiği söylenebilir. Bunun için öncelikle, gerçekçi verilerin toplanmasında kullanılabilecek geçerli ve güvenilir veri toplama araçlarına ihtiyaç olduğu belirtilmelidir. Uzaktan eğitim sürecinde sınıf öğretmenlerinin öz yeterliliklerinin belirlenmesinde veri toplama aracı olarak kullanılabilmek üzere geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek geliştirmek, bu araştırmanın özel amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma bir ölçek geliştirmeyi amaçlaması nedeniyle temel araştırma özelliği taşımaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubu 408 ilkokul öğretmeninden oluşmuştur. Toplanan veriler üzerinde yapılan geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri sonunda 3 faktörlü ve 26 maddelik likert tipi bir ölçek yapısına ulaşılmıştır. Amaç ve içeriği temel alınarak ölçeğe ‘‘Uzaktan Eğitim Uygulamaları Öz Yeterlik (UZEÖ) Ölçeği’’ adı verilmiştir. Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin değeri 0.954; Bartlett Testi değerleri x2=5960.834; sd=325; p<0.001’dir.Geçerlik analizleri kapsamında yapı geçerliği ve ayırt edicilik analizi yapılmıştır. Ölçekte yer alan 26 maddenin faktör yükleri 0.523ile 0.760 arasındadır. Maddeler, genel varyansın %56.552’ni açıklayabilmektedir. Maddelerin madde-toplam korelasyonu katsayılarının p<.001 düzeyinde anlamlı olduğu gözlenmiştir. Veriler üzerinde yapılan iç tutarlılık katsayısı incelemesi sonunda Cronbachalpha 0,948 olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu değerler birlikte ölçeğingeçerli ve güvenilir bir veri toplama aracı olduğu söylenebilir.
When the field is studied, it is noted that there are numerous studies on the use of remote learning technologies and the opinions, perceptions and attitudes of teachers regarding remote learning. However, it can be said that on the basis of direct experiences and tests during the epidemic period, compliance problems have become an important need to be re-treated, especially in the framework of skills. First of all, it should be noted that there are a need for valid and reliable data collection tools that can be used in the collection of realistic data. Developing a valid and reliable scale to be used as a data collection tool in determining the self-qualifications of classmates in the distance learning process is the particular purpose of this research. Research carries the basic research feature because it aims to develop a scale. The study consisted of 408 primary school teachers. The validity and reliability analyses on the collected data were finally achieved to a scale structure of 3 factors and 26 substances. Based on the purpose and content, the scale was named "Remote Learning Applications Self-Competence (UZEÖ) Scale". Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin value 0.954; Bartlett Test values x 2 =5960.834; sd=325; p<0.001 is. In the framework of validity analysis, the structure validity and differentiability analysis were made. The factor loads of 26 substances in the scale are between 0.523 and 0.760. Materials can explain 56.552 percent of the overall variation. The substance's total correlation ratio has been observed to be significant at the level p<.001. The internal consistency ratio on the data was finally identified as Cronbachalpha 0.948 . These values together can be said to be a scalable and reliable data collection tool.

First of all, it should be stated that there is a need for valid and reliable data collection toolst hat can be used to collect realistic data. The special purpose of this research is to develop a valid and reliable scale that can be used as a data collection tool in determining the self-efficacy of classroom teachers in the distance education process. This study is a quantitative and basic research due to scale development. The sample group of the study consisted of 408 primary school teachers.At the end of the validity and reliability analyzes, a scale structure of 26 items was obtained under 3 factors.Considering its purpose and content, the scale was named as "Distance Education Practices Self-Efficacy Scale".Kaiser-Mayer-Olkin value is 0.954; Bartlett test values are x2=5960.834; df=325; p<0.001.In process of validity analysis, construct validity and distinctiveness analysis were performed. Factor loads of 26 items in the scale are between 0.523 and 0.760, and factor loads of 0.523 items. Items can explain 56.552% of the overall variance. It was observed that the item-total correlation coefficients of the items were significant at the p<.001 level.At the end of the internal consistency coefficient analysis on the data, Cronbach alpha was determined as 0.948. When these values are examined together, it can be said that the Scale is a valid and reliable data collection tool.
