Eski Türklerin yaşantısı, örf ve adetleri, inanışları, insan, ahlak, aile anlayışları gibi konularda bize bilgi veren çeşitli kaynaklar bulunmaktadır. Türklerle ilgili ilk yazılı belgeler Çinliler başta olmak üzere yabancılar tarafından meydana getirilmiştir. Türklerle ilgili Türkler tarafından yazılmış ve ayrıntılı bilgilere yer veren ilk kaynak Orhon Yazıtlarıdır. Devlet yöneticilerinin hesap vermesi ve öğütlerle halkını bilinçlendirmesi çerçevesinde oluşturulan yazıtlar, bu yönüyle tarafsız bir bakışla yazılmış olması bakımından da dikkate değer bir durum arz etmektedir. Yazıtların bu önemine dayanarak incelenmesi her konuda olduğu gibi, bu konuda da en güvenilir kaynağın incelenmesi anlamına gelmektedir. DLT Türk dilinin bilinen ilk sözlüğüdür. Ancak eserde yer alan söz varlığının çeşitliliği, birçok kelime için karşılık vermekten öte yapılan açıklamalar, girişte ve bazı bölüm sonlarında verilen bilgiler, eseri bir ansiklopedi haline getirmiştir. Türk kültüründe de kadın ve erkek figürlerinin sosyal rollerinin paylaşımı gelişme ve ilerleme kavramlarının vazgeçilmez bir etkeni olmuştur. Türk kültüründe erkek- kadın ve çocuk modeli için tarih boyunca birçok niteleyici kullanılmıştır. Bu niteleyicilerle kadın-erkek cinsiyetinin ve çocuk figürünün olumlu ve olumsuz özellikleri veya fiziksel durumları anlatılmaya çalışılmıştır. İnsan niteleyicileri bakımından ağızlardaki söz varlığına bakıldığında, bu alandaki sözcük dağarcığının ne kadar zengin olduğu görülmektedir. Türkçenin ilk yazılı belgelerinde ve ilk sözlüğünde bulunan insanlarla ilgili niteleyicilerin Anadolu ağızlarındaki yansımalarını konu alan bu çalışma, dilimizin binlerce yıllık serüveni hakkında ipuçları verecek ve kültür dünyamıza önemli bir katkı sunacaktır.
There are various sources that provide us with information on topics such as the life of the ancient Turks, their religions, their beliefs, humanity, ethics, family concepts. The first written documents about Turks were made by foreigners, mainly Chinese. The first source written and detailed information by the Turkish people about the Turkish people is Orhon Writings. The writings created in the framework of the accounting of the governors and the awareness of the public with the advice are also considerable in terms of being written with a neutral view in this regard. Based on this importance, the study of the texts, as in all subjects, means the study of the most reliable source in this matter. DLT is the first known dictionary of Turkish language. But the diversity of the word existence in the work, the explanations made beyond answering many words, the information given in the entrance and in the end of some sections, has made the work an encyclopedia. In the Turkish culture, the sharing of the social roles of women and men figures has become an indispensable factor in the concepts of development and progress. Many characteristics have been used throughout history for the male-woman and child model in Turkish culture. These characteristics have been tried to describe the positive and negative characteristics or physical conditions of the female and male gender and child figure. When we look at the existence of words in the mouths in terms of human characteristics, we see how wealthy the speech speech in this area is. This study, which focuses on the reflections in the Anatolian mouths of the characters related to the people in the first written documents of Turkish and the first dictionary, will give clues about the thousands of years of our language's prosperity and will make a significant contribution to our culture world.
There are various sources that inform us about the experiences, customs, traditions, beliefs, human, morality, family understandings of ancient Turks. The first written documents about the Turks were brought to the attention by strangers, especially the Chinese. The first source written by Turks about the Turks and containing detailed information is the Orhon Inscriptions. The inscriptions created by the accounts of the state administrators and the awareness of the people with their advices are also remarkable in that they are written with an unbiased view. The examination of the inscriptions based on this significance implies that the most reliable source is examined in this matter as well as in every matter. DLT is the first known dictionary of the Turkish language. However, the diversity of the vocabulary in the work, the explanations beyond the correspondence of many words, and the information given at the beginning and at the end of some episodes have made it an encyclopedia. The sharing of the social roles of the male and female figures in Turkish culture is an indispensable influence on the concepts of development and progress. Many qualifiers have been used throughout history to model male-female and child in Turkish culture. These qualifiers tried to describe the positive and negative features or physical conditions of the male-female sex and the child's figure. It is seen how rich the vocabulary in this area is when we look at the existence of words in the dialects (in terms of human qualifiers). This study, which focuses on the reflections of qualifiers about the people who are in the first written documents and the first dictionary of the Turkish people in the Anatolian dialects, will give clues about our thousands of years' adventure and offer an important contribution to our cultural world.
