Gelişen teknolojiyle birlikte yabancı dil eğitimi alanında yeni yöntemler ve materyaller kullanılmaya başlanmıştır. Video, işitsel ve görsel gerçek iletişimi gerçeğe en yakın şekilde yansıtmaya çalışan dijital ders materyallerinden biridir. Video, öğrenenlere hedef dilin ülkesini, kültürünü, insanların yaşama biçimini görme imkânı sunar. Hedef dili anadili olarak konuşanlar için üretilen video materyallerine otantik video materyalleri denir. Otantik materyaller, ders materyallerinin aksine dil öğrenenler için üretilmemiş materyallerdir. Araştırmamıza konu olan otantik video materyaller, işitselliği ve görselliği bir arada bulundurduğu için kalıcı öğrenmeler sağlayıp öğrenme sürecini daha keyifli hâle getirir. Ayrıca öğrenenler tarafından kolay erişilebilir olması nedeniyle bireysel öğrenme sürecinde de yaygın olarak tercih edilmektedir. Dil öğretiminde dijital materyellerin kullanılması konusunda yapılmış çalışmalarda otantik video materyallerin dil becerilerine katkılarından bahsedilmiş ve ders materyali olarak çok avantajlı oldukları ortaya konmuştur. Burada yabancı dil olarak Arapça öğretiminde otantik video materyal kullanılması ve otantik video materyallerin avantajları, otantik materyal seçimi ve Youtube üzerindeki Arapça otantik video materyaller ve bu videolar ile derste yapılabilecek etkinlikler ele alınmıştır.
Çalışmanın amacı, gelişen teknolojinin desteğini alarak otantik video materyallerle öğrenenlere hedef dil Arapçanın gerçek kaynaklardan duyulmasının öğrenenler için daha faydalı olacağının, bu konuda yapılan araştırmalarla ortaya koyulmasıdır. Bu araştırma, nitel bir çalışma olacaktır. Yöntemin çerçevesini belirlemek amacıyla benzer çalışmalar incelenmiş, incelenen ve yabancı dil derslerinde otantik materyal kullanımı başlığı altında künye bilgileri verilerek kısaca tanıtılan çalışmalarda izlenen ortak yöntemler belirlenerek çalışmamızda tatbik edilmiştir.
With the advanced technology, new methods and materials in the field of foreign language education have begun to be used. Video is one of the digital lesson materials that attempts to reflect the hearing and visual real communication closest to reality. The video gives students the opportunity to see the country, the culture, and the way people live. The video materials produced for those who speak the target language are called authentic video materials. Authentic materials are unproduced materials for those who learn language, unlike teaching materials. The authentic video material, which is the subject of our research, combines hearing and visuality, which provides permanent learning and makes the learning process more pleasant. It is also widely preferred in the individual learning process because it is easily accessible by students. In the studies on the use of digital materials in language teaching, authentic video materials have been discussed about their contribution to language skills and have shown that they are very beneficial as the lesson material. Here we discuss the use of authentic video materials in the teaching of Arabic as a foreign language and the advantages of authentic video materials, the choice of authentic material and the authentic video materials in Arabic on Youtube and the activities that can be done in the class with these videos.
The aim of the study is to show those who learn with authentic video materials, with the support of developing technology, that the target language will be more useful for those who learn Arabic from real sources, with the research done on this subject. This research will be a qualitative study. In order to determine the framework of the method, similar studies have been studied, studied and practiced in our work by identifying the common methods followed in the studies briefly introduced under the title of authentic material use in foreign language courses.

Video materials produced for native speakers of the target language are called authentic video materials. Unlike course materials, authentic materials are not produced for language learners. Authentic video materials, which are the subject of our research, provide permanent learning and make the learning process more enjoyable because they combine audio and visuality. They are also widely preferred in the individual learning process because they are easily accessible by learners. In studies on the use of digital materials in language teaching, the contributions of authentic video materials to language skills were investigated in detail and revealed that they are very advantageous as course materials. Here, the use of authentic video materials in teaching Arabic as a foreign language, the advantages of authentic video materials, the selection of authentic materials and authentic video materials in Arabic on Youtube, and the activities that can be done with these videos in the lesson are discussed.
The study aims to reveal that it will be more beneficial for learners to hear the target language, Arabic, from actual sources with authentic video materials by supporting developing technology. This research will be a qualitative study. In order to determine the framework of the method, similar studies were examined, and methods applied in these studies were reviewed under the title of using authentic materials in foreign language courses. Finally, the common was identified and applied in the current study.
