In his writings, Şehbenderzâde Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi seeks solutions to the problem of morality and education, nationally, religiously, nationally, and most importantly, in terms of future generations. In this respect, the author has been the subject of our research, and it has been thought that his works, which are the products of the aforementioned search of the author, may be products that can be used in value transfer. In most of Şehbenderzâde Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi's works, discipline comes to the fore. It is seen that the events have an intense relationship with the living conditions and education of the upbringing heroes. In this respect, considering the importance of Şehbenderzâde Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi in terms of value transfer, the state of reflecting the root values of his works has been determined as the aim of the research. The research was conducted in accordance with the nature of the qualitative research and was carried out on the basis of the descriptive survey model. In the research, in which document analysis technique was used as a data collection technique, the works of Şehbenderzâde Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi named “Â’mâk-ı Hayâl”, “Öksüz Turgut”, Bütün Hikâyeleri” and “Bâtınîler İblis Behmen” were examined based on the values included in the Turkish Language Curriculum (2019). While analyzing the data of the research, descriptive analysis technique was used, the frequency of root values in the works was determined and a different table was created for each work. Then, the data were interpreted and reported together with the sample sentences quoted from the books examined. According to the results obtained in the research, it has been determined that the values of love and respect are the most frequently repeated root values in the examined works of Şehbenderzâde Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi. In addition, it has been determined that root values such as patriotism, friendship and justice come to the fore in different works. On the other hand, it has been seen that the values of honesty and responsibility are repeated less frequently than other values in the works in general. When the works of Şehbenderzâde Filibeli Ahmed Hilmi are considered in the context of teaching values, it has been determined that the values of respect and love in his work “A'mak-ı Hayal” the values of love and patriotism in his work “Orphan Turgut” the values of love, patriotism and respect in his work “All His Stories” the values of justice and friendship in his work “Batıniler Iblis Behmen” was stand out. As a result of the research, it has been concluded that the relevant sections of these works can be used in the teaching of different values by taking place in the textbooks.
