This study was carried out with a qualitative research approach and was conducted to examine Osman Çeviksoy's stories in terms of ten (10) root values in the 2019 Turkish Curriculum. In the study, the data were analyzed by document analysis method and content analysis technique, evaluated in terms of frequency and interpreted. According to the research, the most used root value in Osman Çeviksoy's stories is love (f=147), and benevolence (f=131), respect (f=102), responsibility (f=94) and self-control (f=46) values, respectively. were the most common values in the work. These were followed by the values of patience (f=39), friendship (f=38), honesty (f=33), patriotism (f=20) and justice (f=17). The most used root value in the work is love, the least common values are justice and patriotism. Based on the studies carried out in the field and the findings obtained, it was concluded that Osman Çeviksoy's stories are among the important sources that can be used in the values education process, since the stories of Osman Çeviksoy have a rich quality in terms of values, and it has been stated that these works can be read by students at the secondary school level.
