Muhammed Hulusi Usturumjavi is one of the sheikh poets who grew up in the Balkan geography in the 18th century. Muhammed Hulusi wrote his poems on religious mysticism. In Dîvânçe, in which he collected about a hundred poems, the features of West Rumeli Turkish are encountered. In the study, the Milli Kütüphane copy is based on the three known copies of Dîvânçe. The reason for this is that there is a record that the copy was copied from the author's copy and the copyist was from Usturumca like Muhammed Hulusi. Therefore, in the study, the dialect features of the 18th century Usturumca dialect were tried to be determined. ın this study, first of all, information about the life of Muhammed Hulusi Usturumjavî is given, and his Dîvânçe and its copies are introduced. Then in the Review section The language features that we identified as specific to Dîvânçe were examined in terms of phonetics and morphology, and these features were given under the title Traces of West Rumeli Turkish. Then, in the section titled A few words from the vocabulary of the Divan, words that we consider within the scope of West Rumeli Turkish vocabulary are given. In the conclusion part, the findings reached by the language analysis on Dîvânçe are presented in articles. According to these findings It is characteristic that in the Dîvânçe of the 18th century, the dative case suffix is used instead of the expected accusative case suffix before the verbs iste- and dile-. Most of the affixes with labial vowels in the 18th century were written with unrounded vowels in Dîvânçe. In Dîvânçe It has been determined that the past tense 1st person plural suffix (-dıḳ) and the adverb verb suffix (-dıḳçe) do not comply with the palatal harmony.
