Bu araştırmanın amacı amatör futbolcuların iletişim beceri düzeyleri ve sürekli sportif kendine güven düzeyleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın evrenini 2019-2020 sezonunda İstanbul ilinin Avrupa yakasında faaliyet gösteren 66 Süper Amatör Ligi futbol kulübü oluştururken, araştırmanın örneklemini ise basit rastgele yöntemle belirlenen 9 spor kulübünde futbol oynayan (n=159) gönüllü futbolcular oluşturmaktadır. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Katılımcılara, Korkut (1996) tarafından geliştirilmiş, geçerlilik (.86) ve güvenilirlik (.78) testleri yapılmış İletişim Becerilerini Değerlendirme Ölçeği (İBDÖ) ve Vealey (1986) tarafından geliştirilen ve Türk toplumu için geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışması Yıldırım (2013) tarafından yapılan ölçme aracının bir alt boyutu olan Sürekli Sportif Kendine Güven Ölçeği (SSKGÖ) uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 17 paket programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Korelasyon ve regresyon analizi uygulanmıştır. İletişim becerileri ve sürekli sportif kendine güven toplam pu-anları arasında olumlu yönlü, orta düzeyde ve istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmaktadır (r=0,411; p<0,01). Katılımcıların yaş gruplarına, oynadıkları pozisyona ve eğitim düzeylerine göre hem ortalama “İBDÖ” pu-anları hem de ortalama “SSKGÖ” puanları açısından istatistiksel olarak anlam-lı bir farklılık bulunmazken (p>0,05), lisanslı spor yaşı değişkenine göre ortalama “SSKGÖ” puanları açısından ise istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur (p<0,05).
The aim of this research is to study the relationship between the level of communication skills of amateur footballers and the continuous sports level of self-confidence. The universe of the research is made up of 66 Super Amateur League football clubs operating on the European side of the Istanbul province in the 2019-2020 season, while the sample of the research is made up of volunteers (n=159) playing football in 9 sports clubs determined by simple random method. The data collection method is used as a data collection tool. Participants, developed by Fear (1996) , validity (.86) and reliability (. The Continuous Sports Self-Confidence Measurement (SSKGÖ) was implemented, which was developed by the Communication Skills Assessment Measurement (IBDÖ) and Vealey (1986) and is a sub-dimension of the measurement tool for validity and reliability for the Turkish society by Yıldırım (2013) and was implemented. The data received was analyzed with the SPSS 17 package program. Correlation and regression analysis. There is a positive, middle-level and statistically meaningful relationship between communication skills and constant sports self-confidence (r=0,411; p<0,01). There was no statistically meaningful difference between the age groups of participants, the position they played and the level of education, both in terms of the average "IBDÖ" points and the average "SSKGÖ" points (p>0,05), and in terms of the average "SSKGÖ" points in terms of the licensed sports age variable, a statistically meaningful difference (p<0,05).

Communication Skills Evaluation Scale (CSES) developed by Korkut (1996), whose validity (.86) and reliability (.78) tests were performed and the Continuous Sporty Self-Confidence Scale (CSSCS), which is a sub-dimension of the measure-ment tool developed by Vealey (1986) and whose validity and reliability study for the Turkish society was made by Yıldırım (2013), was applied. The data obtained were analyzed with the SPSS 17 package program. Correlation and regression analysis were applied. There is a positive, moderate and statis-tically significant relationship between communication skills and continuous sporty self-confidence total scores (r = 0.411; p <0.01). While there is no sta-tistically significant difference in terms of both the average " CSES" scores and the average "CSSCS" scores of the participants according to their age groups, the position they play and their educational level (p> 0.05), the aver-age "CSSCS" scores according to the licensed sports age variable a statistically significant difference was found (p <0.05).
