Abstract:

Bu çalışma son yıllarda halkla ilişkiler alanında egemen olan ilişkisel perspektifin ve onun günümüzdeki uygulanış biçimi olan diyalojik iletişimin kuruluşlar tarafından internet ortamında nasıl ve ne düzeyde uygulandığını saptamaya yöneliktir. Bu bağlamda çalışma kapsamında Türkiye’de Fortune 500 listesinde yer alan kuruluşların kurumsal web siteleri analiz edilmiş ve diyalojik iletişim düzeyleri araştırılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda elde edilen bulgulardan yola çıkarak söz konusu kuruluşların diyalojik iletişim düzeylerinin genel olarak düşük olduğu saptanmıştır.
