In Turkey, with the development of labour and social security law, the regulations of female employees have been changed. The Law "Gelir Vergisi Kanunu ile Bazı Kanunlarda Değişiklik Yapılmasına Dair Kanun" numbered 6663which is enacted in 29.01.2016 includes new regulations about parents working life. These regulations have the capacity to affect the working conditions and right to social security of the public officials and employees.
