Bu araştırmada, grafik tasarım eğitiminde Adobe Illustrator programı kullanılarak tasarlanan masal kitaplarını değerlendirmeye yönelik bir rubrik geliştirilmesi ve geliştirilen rubriğin geçerlik ve güvenirliğinin sağlanması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma, 2018-2019 eğitim öğretim yılı Kastamonu Üniversitesi Güzel Sanatlar ve Tasarım Fakültesi Grafik Tasarımı Bölümü Dijital İllüstrasyon dersine katılan 32 öğrenci ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kapsam geçerliliğinin incelendiği rubriğin maddeleri, alan uzmanı 7 öğretim üyesi tarafından değerlendirilmiştir. Masal kitabı değerlendirme rubriğinin kapsam geçerliği açısından uygun olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Rubriğin güvenirlik analizinde Cronbach Alpha katsayısı 0.969 olarak belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuç, rubriğin yüksek derecede iç tutarlığa sahip olduğunu göstermekle beraber rubrik maddelerinin açık ve anlaşılır olduğu sonucuna ulaştırmıştır. Puanlayıcılar arası güvenirliğe kanıt sağlamak amacıyla Interclass Correlation Coefficient hesaplanmış ve puanlayıcılar arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı uyum olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler ışığında, masal kitabı tasarımını değerlendirmede kullanılabilecek rubrikten elde edilen ölçme sonuçlarının geçerli ve güvenilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This study aims to develop a rubric to evaluate fairytale books designed using the Adobe Illustrator program in the graphic design training and to ensure the validity and reliability of the developed rubric. The research, 2018-2019 academic year, was carried out with 32 students who participated in the digital illustration course at the Department of Graphic Design at the Faculty of Fine Arts and Design at the University of Kastamonu. The subjects of the section in which the validity of the scope is examined, have been assessed by the field expert 7 faculty members. The book of fairy tales has been found to be appropriate in terms of scope validity. In the reliability analysis of the rubric, the Cronbach Alpha ratio was determined at 0.969. This result showed that the rubric has a high internal consistency, and the conclusion was that the rubric materials were clear and understandable. The Interclass Correlation Coefficient was calculated in order to prove the reliability of the scores and the statistically meaningful compatibility between the scores was found. In light of the analyses made, the measurement results obtained from the rubric that can be used to evaluate the design of the story book have been found to be valid and reliable.

The items of the rubric, in which the validity of the scope was examined, were evaluated by 7 faculty members who are experts in the field. It has been determined that the storybook is suitable for the scope of the rubric. In the reliability analysis of the rubric, the Cronbach Alpha coefficient is within the framework of 0.969. This result shows that it has a high degree of internal consistency, and it has led to the conclusion that the rubric items are clear and understood. Providing evidence of inter-rater reliability Interclass Corelation Coefficient was calculated and it was found that there was a respectable fit among raters. In the light of the analysis, it was determined that the results obtained from the rubric that can be used in evaluating the storybook design are reliable and reliable.
