The rapid change in technology, and the reflection of this on public administrations, the realization of "Digital Public Administration" has brought some innovations to the agenda in the form and method of administration. Along with the digitalization process, the efforts for effective and efficient use of resources, the provision of savings, the increase of the citizens' dialogue channels with the administration and especially their more active participation in the decision-making processes, transparency, etc. accelerate a governance model and enable new methods to be discussed. In particular, the rapid increase and diversification of public services, the increase in the utilization capacity of public resources, and the problem of efficiency and productivity of human resources increase the burden of the system. The increasing burden of public administration causes slow progress in administration and decision-making processes. In this respect, it has been suggested that enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems should be established after the process analyzes for public institutions/organizations in order to optimize the decision-making processes in administration and to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in resource use. This study examines the extent to which corporate resource planning can contribute to decision-making processes in public administration and its applicability as a suggestion in the decision-making process
