OBJECTIVE: Extraordinary development of information and communication technologies also brings using of new technologies on public events. Revenue administrations have been involved in this process as well as other public administrations. With a series automation projects at the beginning of 90’s, Turkish Revenue Administration has aimed to using of computer technology in order to minimize compliance and administration costs, increase the effectiveness and efficiency of organizations and provide a strong decision support and management information system with provided data. Therefore, Turkish Revenue Administration has developed projects for itself, other institution and citizens
