In the United States of America, the Americans with Disabilities Act is an important act for disabled people and this Act has very useful practices for the accommodation of disability. Disability is defined very concisely and clearly in American law. The ADA also protects individuals who have had impairment/disability in the past and individuals who have been treated as if they were disabled although they are not disabled. In our law system, the term disability is defined by many acts in different ways. Disability terms which are defined by the “Disableds Act” and in the “Bylaw of Disability Measure, Classification and Health Commission Report Which Will Be Given to Disableds” do not cover people who are treated like disabled although they are not disabled
