The main of the Governor Disability Coordination Centre is to encourage full and effective participation of people with disabilities in social life. The state will be able to reach core of social, if it plays the role of the community in the event of inclusion of people with disabilities. That does not mean including the society, living in society. Including the society means that taking an active part in all areas of social life (economic, social, political, cultural and public) and along with everyone else in society. People with disabilities are part of community and also they should be fully integrated in social life in order to be part of the social life. In this context, “co-education” is provided to people with disabilities with university students together and also disabled students being educated in regular classroom with normal peers is provided in Governor’s Disability Coordination Centre. Art provides us with an important opportunity to express ourselves, generate new ideas and participate in the society actively and equally. A large population of disable people lacks the opportunity to produce and create in the field of arts just as they are excluded from education and production activities. In this Centre, common artistic activities such as painting, sculpture are made available for disabled individuals and their peers. Thus, through art, disabled individuals have the opportunity to develop their personality and foster self-confidence. Furthermore, the participation of the disabled in art activities is important in order to create the perception that they can contribute to all domains of life when given the opportunity and also in order to create awareness in the society. Activities in conducted, strengthen communications with disabled individuals with peers and also it contributes to raising the level of awareness and sensitivity of college people about their disabled peers.
