Toplumun en temel yapı taşı niteliğinde olan aile kurumu modern çağda her geçen gün daha fazla zarar görmekte; geri dönüşü olmayan kayıplar yaşanmaktadır. Bu durum genelde bütün toplum, özelde ise biten evliliklerin ardından kalan çocuklar için ciddi bir tehlike oluşturmaktadır. Bir toplumun ne kadar sağlıklı olduğunun o toplumda bulunan evliliklerin kalitesi ve niteliğiyle doğru orantılı olduğu bilinen bir gerçektir. Zira toplumu aileler, aileleri de bireyler oluşturur. Parçalar ne kadar sağlam olursa ortaya çıkan bütün de aynı seviyede sağlam olur. Tarihte yıkılan, yıkılmaya yüz tutan medeniyetlerin sorunları hep aynı ortak noktada buluşmaktadır. Mesele haiz olduğu öneme binaen bu çalışmanın mevzuu olmuştur. Giriş bölümünde İslam Hukuku’na göre evliliğin önemine değinilmiş, aile kavramı sosyolojik ve psikolojik açıdan ele alınmış; gelişme bölümünde evlikte yaşanan problemlere yer verilmiştir. Sonuç bölümünde ise araştırmanın sonunda ulaşılan veriler ışığında elde edilen bulgulara yer verilmiştir. Toplumun manevi refahı ve kalkınması ailenin düzelmesi, doğru forma ulaşmasıyla mümkündür. Bu sebeple mezkûr konuda yapılacak ve pratik hayata katkı sunacak her çalışma çok kıymetlidir.
The family institution, which is the most basic structure of society, is ever more damaged in modern times; there are unreversible losses. This situation generally constitutes a serious danger for the whole society, especially the children who remain after the end of marriage. It is a well-known fact that how healthy a society is is properly proportionate to the quality and nature of marriages in that society. The family is the family, the family is the individual. As much as the pieces are solid, all that appears will be solid at the same level. The problems of civilizations that have been destroyed in history, facing the destruction, are always in the same common point. This is the matter of the work that has been undertaken. In the introduction section of Islamic Law, the importance of marriage was pointed out, the concept of family was discussed in a sociological and psychological perspective; in the development section, the problems experienced in marriage were included. In the result section, the findings obtained at the end of the research are listed. The spiritual well-being and development of society is possible by improving the family, by achieving the right form. Therefore, every work that will be done on the subject of the mosquito and that will contribute to the practical life is very valuable.

In the introduction section, the concept of family with its meanings that have changed and developed since the past is introduced; In the development section, the points of departure of problems that cause conflict in the family have been identified and possible solutions have been focused on. In the conclusion section, the findings obtained in the light of the data obtained at the end of the study are included. The spiritual well-being and development of society is possible only when the family recovers, reaches the right form. For this reason, any work that will be done on the mentioned topic and contribute to practical life is very valuable.
