Bu araştırmada; Afyon ili Şuhut ilçe merkezinde bulunan ilköğretim ikinci kademesindeki okullarda görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin, çalıştıkları okulların, okul iklimine ilişkin algılarını ortaya çıkarmak amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklem grubunu Afyonkarahisar Şuhut ilçe merkezinde 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında görev yapmakta olan ilköğretim ikinci kademesindeki okul öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın yöntemini nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış öğretmen görüşme formudur. Araştırmanın verileri araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formuyla toplanmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizi, içerik analiziyle yapılmıştır. Analiz sonuçlarında direk ifadelere yer verilerek desteklenmiştir. İlköğretim ikinci kademesindeki okullarda görev yapan öğretmenlerin katılımıyla gerçekleştirilen bu araştırmada, öğretmenler, görev yaptıkları okullarda; okul iklimine ilişkin görüşlerini olumlu olarak bildirmişler. Okuldaki görev dağılımlarının okul idaresi tarafından adaletli ve eşit bir şekilde yapıldığını, okulda kendilerini değerli, huzurlu ve güvende hissettiklerini belirtmişlerdir. Okuldaki problem çözme süreçlerinde yer aldıklarını, meslektaşlarıyla iş birliği içerisinde çalıştıklarını, okullarındaki tüm çalışanlara değer verildiğini, bunun motivasyon, aidiyet duygularını arttırdığını ve görevlerinde daha verimli çalışarak başarılı olduklarını, okul idaresinin istek ve ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda düzenlemeler yaptığını belirtmişlerdir. Araştırma; Afyon ili Şuhut ilçe merkezinde bulunan ilköğretim ikinci kademesindeki okullarda görev yapmakta olan öğretmenlerin, çalıştıkları okulların, okul iklimine ilişkin algılarını ortaya çıkararak olumlu okul ikliminin etkilerinin ne kadar güçlü, sağlıklı ortamlar oluşturduğu öğretmen ifadelerinden anlaşılmıştır.
In this study, the aim is to reveal the perceptions of teachers who are working in the second grade of primary education in the centre of Afyon or Shuhut district, the schools they work, the school climate. The sample group of the research is formed by school teachers in the second stage of primary education, who are working in the 2021-2022 educational year at the Afyonkarahisar Şuhut district center. The method of research is a semi-configured teacher interview form from the quality research methods. The data of the study was collected through a semi-configured interview form prepared by the researcher. The analysis of the research data is done through content analysis. The results of the analysis were supported by direct statements. In this study; It is aimed to reveal the perceptions of the teachers working in secondary schools in the city center of Şuhut, Afyon province, about the school climate of the schools they work in. The sample group of the research consists of secondary school teachers working in Afyonkarahisar Şuhut district center in the 2021-2022 academic year. The method of the research is the semi-structured teacher interview form, one of the qualitative research methods. The data of the research were collected with a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher. Analysis of the research data was made by content analysis. The results of the analysis were supported by giving place to direct expressions. In this study, which was carried out with the participation of teachers working in secondary schools, teachers reported their opinions positively about the school climate in the schools where they work. They stated that the distribution of duties at the school was done fairly and equally by the school administration, and they felt valued, peaceful and safe at school. They stated that they took part in problem solving processes at school, they worked in cooperation with their colleagues, all employees in their school were valued, this increased their motivation and sense of belonging, they were successful by working more efficiently in their duties, and they made arrangements in line with the wishes and needs of the school administration. Research; By revealing the perceptions of the teachers working in the secondary schools in the Şuhut district center of Afyon province, the schools they work at, and how strong and healthy the effects of the positive school climate create were understood from the teacher statements.
