Bu araştırmanın amacı; 2022-2023 eğitim öğretim yılında Millî Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı temel eğitim kademesindeki (ilkokul ve ortaokul) devlet okullarında görev yapmakta olan okul yöneticilerinin teknoloji liderliği olgusuna ilişkin deneyimlerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla çalışmaya 10 okul yöneticisi dahil edilmiştir. Veriler araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu aracılığıyla toplanmış ve betimsel analiz tekniğiyle çözümlenmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bulgulara göre katılımcıların tamamına yakını teknolojinin okullarda entegrasyonu ile ilgili sorunlar olduğunu ifade etmiştir. Bu sorunlar altyapı sorunları ve uyum sorunları olarak belirlenmiştir. Katılımcılar aldıkları önlemlere ilişkin bir görüş belirtmemişlerdir. Okullarda öğretmenlerin teknoloji entegrasyon sürecinden elde ettikleri sonuçlar başarı, motivasyon ve kolaylık olarak sıralanmıştır.
The objective of this research is to reveal the experience of the school managers who are working in the state schools in the basic education stages (primary and secondary) associated with the Ministry of Education in the educational year 2022-2023. There are 10 school managers involved in this work. The data was collected through a semi-configured conversation form developed by the researcher and analyzed using the visual analysis technique. According to the findings from the study, almost all participants said that the technology had problems with integration in schools. These problems are defined as infrastructure problems and compliance problems. Participants have not expressed a view on the measures they have taken. In schools, the results that teachers obtain from the process of technology integration are ranked as success, motivation and ease.
