Okul Yönetiminde Şeffaflığın Öğretmenlerin Çalışma Yaşamına Etkisi: Adıyaman Merkez İlçe Ortaokul Öğretmen ve İdarecileri Üzerine Bir Araştırma” konulu bu çalışmanın amacı, Adıyaman Merkezinde bulunan ve Milli Eğitim Bakanlığına bağlı resmi eğitim kurumlarında görevli ortaokul yöneticilerinin şeffaflıklarının bu okulda görevli öğretmenlerin çalışma yaşamlarına olan etkilerinin araştırılmasıdır. Bu amaçla görüşme formu kullanılarak yapılacak araştırma sonunda elde edilen verilerden yola çıkarak yönetici, öğretmen ve araştırmacılara bu yönde öneriler sunmaktır. 2019-2020 eğitim-öğretim yılı itibariyle, Adıyaman ili merkez ilçesinde bulunan ortaokul kurumlarında görev yapmakta olan 60 ortaokul müdürü ve müdür yardımcısı ile 1600 öğretmen araştırmanın evrenini oluşturmaktadır. 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılında, Adıyaman ili merkez ilçesinde bulunan ortaokullarda görev yapan 6 ortaokul müdürü ve müdür yardımcısı ile 8 öğretmen araştırmanın örneklemeni oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma, Adıyaman ili merkez ilçesinde görev yapmakta olan okul müdürlerinin ve öğretmenlerin şeffaflık olgusuna dair görüşlerinin belirlenmesine ilişkin nitel bir çalışmadır. Araştırmada durum çalışması deseni temel alınmıştır. Araştırma verileri, araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilmiş olan yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile yüz yüze görüşme yöntemi kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucunda araştırmaya katılan okul müdürlerinin ve öğretmenlerin şeffaflıklarının çalışma yaşamlarına etkilerinin olumlu yönde olduğu değerlendirilmiştir.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the transparency of the high school managers in the official educational institutions associated with the Ministry of Education on the work life of the teachers in this school. For this purpose, using the interview form to be done, it is based on the data obtained at the end of the research to present recommendations to managers, teachers and researchers in this direction. As of the 2019-2020 educational year, the universe of research of 1600 teachers with 60 high school directors and assistant directors who are working in the middle school institutions located in the central district of Adyaman. In the 2019-2020 educational year, 6 high school directors and assistant directors working in the middle schools located in the central district of Namiyaman and 8 teachers form the sample of the research. Research is a qualitative study on the determination of the views of the school directors and teachers who are in charge of the process of transparency. The study is based on the work of the situation. The research data was collected using the face-to-face conversation method with the semi-configured conversation form developed by the researcher. The study found that the influence of the transparency of school managers and teachers involved in the study on the work life was positive.
The purpose of this study, "The Effect of Transparency in Teachers' Working Life: A Research on Teachers and Administrators of Adıyaman Central District Secondary School," is to examine the effects of middle school administrators' transparency on the working environment at this school. These administrators work in official educational institutions of the Adıyaman Center. Based on the information gathered at the conclusion of the study project utilizing an interview form, recommendations will be made to managers, educators, and researchers for this purpose. The research's target population now consists of 1600 teachers employed in the central district of the Adıyaman province, 60 secondary school principals and assistant principals, and 60 secondary school principals and assistant principals. The sample for the research includes 8 teachers, 6 vice principals, and 6 secondary school principals who work in secondary schools in the central district of the Adıyaman province during the 2019–2020 academic year. The research is a qualitative examination of how educators in the province of Adıyaman's central district perceive the phenomenon of transparency. The design of the case studies served as the study's framework. Data for the study were gathered through in-person interviews using a semi-structured interview form created by the researcher. The study's findings showed that the teachers and school administrators who participated were open and honest, which had a positive effect on their careers.
