Bu çalışmanın amacı, elit boksörlerin kullandıkları imgeleme türüne bağlı olarak sporda motivasyon düzeylerinin incelenmesidir. İmgeleme ve sporda Motivasyon değişkenlerinin arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi, ülkemizde eksik olan kaynaklara destek niteliğinde olmakla birlikte literatüre katkı sağlamak da araştırmamızın bir diğer amacını oluşturmuştur. Araştırmamızın amacı olan elit boksörlerin kullandıkları imgeleme uygulamalarının başarı motivasyon düzeylerini incelemek ve aralarındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi için çalışmamızda ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Türkiye genelindeki elit boksörler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemini ise bu elit boksörler arasından rasgele belirlenen, sporcu yaşı en az 5 yıl olan, ulusal ve uluslararası düzeyde en az 20 müsabakaya katılmış olan sporcular oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak demografik bilgi formu, Sporda İmgeleme Envanteri ve Spora Özgü Başarı Motivasyon Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Demografik bilgi formu araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanmış olup, bu 5 maddelik formda katılımcıların demografik bilgilerini (cinsiyet, yaş, kategorisi, spor yaşı, millilik durumu) araştırmak amacına yönelik sorulara yer verilmiştir. Araştırma verilerinin analizi sonucunda elit boksörlerin başarı motivasyon düzeylerinin yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Ayrıca cinsiyetleri ile spora özgü motivasyon düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel açıdan ölçeğin toplam puanlarında erkeklerin daha yüksek puana sahip oldukları, cinsiyetleri ile sporda imgeleme düzeyleri arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı farklılık bulunmadığı, yaş değişkeni ile elit boksörlerin spora özgü motivasyonları ve imgeleme düzeyleri arasında farklılık meydana gelmediği belirlenmiştir. Elit boksörlerin spor yapma süresi ile spora özgü motivasyonlarında Başarıya Yaklaşma Güdüsü alt boyutu ile ölçeğin toplam puanlarında anlamlı farklılık meydana gelmiştir. Elit boksörlerin başarı motivasyon düzeyleri yüksektir ve başarı motivasyonları ile imgeleme düzeyleri arasında orta düzeyde pozitif yönlü ilişkiler bulunmuştur.
The purpose of this work, It is the study of the levels of motivation in the sport depending on the type of imagination that the elite boxers use. The determination of the relationship between motivation and sport variables, while supporting the resources that are missing in our country, contributing to literature has also formed another objective of our research. The purpose of our research is to study the level of success motivation of the imaging practices used by elite boxers and to determine the relationship between them. The universe of the research is formed by elite boxers throughout Turkey. The research sample consists of athletes who have at least 5 years of age, randomly identified among these elite boxers, who have participated in at least 20 competitions at national and international level. The study used demographic information forms as a data collection tool, the Sports Implementation Reserve and the Sports-Specific Success Motivation Scale. The demographic information form was prepared by the researcher, and in this 5 material form the demographic information of the participants (gender, age, category, sports age, nationality status) was included in questions aimed at investigating. The analysis of the research data found that elite boxers had a high level of motivation for success. It has also been determined that between their gender and sports-specific motivation levels, statistically, men have higher scores in the scale's total scores, that there is no statistically significant difference between their gender and sports-specific motivation levels, that there is no difference between the age variable and the sports-specific motivation and sports-specific motivation levels of elite boxers. The elite boxer's time of sporting and the motivation of the sport is a significant difference in the scale's total points with the sub-dimensional approach to success. The level of motivation for the success of the elite boxers is high, and the level of motivation for the success and the level of imagination have been found in a medium level of positive relationships.
The aim of this study is to examine the motivation levels of elite boxers in sports depending on the type of imagery they use. Determining the relationship between the variables of imagination and motivation in sports, while supporting the missing resources in our country, contributing to the literature is another aim of our research. Relational scanning model was used in our study to examine the success motivation levels of the visualization applications used by elite boxers, which is the aim of our research, and to determine the relationship between them. The universe of the research consists of elite boxers throughout Turkey. The sample of the research consists of the athletes who are randomly selected among these elite boxers, whose athlete age is at least 5 years, and who have participated in at least 20 national and international competitions. Demographic information form, Imagination in Sports Inventory and Sports-Specific Achievement Motivation Scale were used as data collection tools in the research. Demographic information form was prepared by the researcher, and in this 5-item form, questions were included in order to investigate the demographic information (gender, age, category, sports age, nationality status) of the participants. As a result of the analysis of the research data, it was found that the success motivation levels of the athletes were high. In addition, there was a statistically significant difference between genders and sport-specific motivation levels, that males had higher scores in the total scores of the scale, there was no statistically significant difference between their genders and their level of imagery in sports, and there was a difference between the age variable and the sport-specific motivation and imagery levels of elite boxers. It was determined that he did not come. There was a significant difference between the duration of doing sports and the sport-specific motivations of elite boxers in the sub-dimension of Approaching Success and the total scores of the scale. Athletes' success motivation levels are high and moderate positive correlations were found between their success motivation and imagination levels.
