Abstract:

This study examines the reasons for preference of the Hanefi mosquito to the other disciples in the context of the work of Sıbt Ibn al-Cevzî "el-Intisâr and't-tercîh li'l-Mezhebi's-Sahîh". The purpose of the work is to show that against some claims against Abu Hanîfe and Hanefi's religion in the period of Eyyubîs, the defending of Abu Hanife is a superior counterpart than others. In his work, Sybt Ibn al-Jevzî describes the Hanefî mezhebium as a mezhebium that observes public interest compared to other mezhebiums, gives the president a broader authority and offers solutions that facilitate the work of the people, which contains the most appropriate provisions of the Qur’an and the Sunnah. It is as if the political preference that prevails the Shafi's discipline in terms of subject and content begins to return to the benefit of the Hanef's discipline in a period of time as if the Shafi's claims against the subject are surrounded by a response. It can be said that the Hanefî mosque is one of the pioneering and large-scale studies that contributed to the continuation of its existence in Dimask and Cairo. Therefore, it is clear that the various evidence and examples here are a source of inspiration for some of the works written in the subsequent periods. It is clear that the perception of tolerance, which, in addition to the struggle of activity that occurs from time to time due to political and social conditions, considers the richness of phythical diversity as a determining main axis in this geography. It is also important to note that those who try to reveal the superiority of the Hanefî mosque are the leaders who prefer the Hanefî mosque by changing their previous mosques. It is clear that the understanding of the public benefit is effective.
