If one of the old problems is about the existence of the creator, the other is about how the multiplicity from the creator is created. In ancient philosophy, the water theory that Plotinus has revealed is in a way of answering this question. The theory of Mezkûr in the Islamic world has been discussed and studied by many important philosophers, including Kindî, Fârâbî and Ibn Sîna, defended by certain aspects, and also tested by philosophers such as Gazzî and Ibn Rüşd. In the Islamic philosophy, this theory, which forms a mixed place between the theories that deal with the relations between God and the universe, is the first book work in our country, and it can be said that the work called A Comparative Approach in terms of Source and Process has filled a serious gap in the field.
