Çokkipli metin çözümlemesi görsel-işitsel ürünleri çeviri amaçlı incelediğimiz ve çözümlediğimiz bir yöntemdir. Çeşitli düzgülerin bir araya getirerek oluşturduğu görsel-işitsel ürünlerde kiplikler çok önemli bir rol oynar. Bir anlatıda görüntü, imge, sembol, hareket, karakterlerin duruşu veya beden dili, çekim türü, renk, müzik ve diğer tüm ögeler sözel göstergelerle aynı anlam yaratma potansiyeline sahip kipliklerdir. Hepsinin bir arada bulunuşu ve kipliklerin etkileşimli ortaklığı, birbirini bütünleyerek anlamı oluşturur. Görsel-işitsel çeviride kiplikleri çözümlemek ve anlam bileşenlerinin farkına varmak, görsel-işitsel çeviri eğitimi alan öğrencilere ve çevirmenlere bütünsel ve işlevsel bir bakış açısı kazandırmaya yardımcı olur. Görsel-işitsel çeviride kiplikleri çözümlemek, bir taraftan bütünsel ve işlevsel bir bakış açısı kazandırmaya yardımcı olacağı gibi diğer taraftan altyazı, dublaj, voice-over özellikle sesli betimleme gibi görsel-işitsel çeviri türlerinde farklı veriler sunarak, çevirinin dilsel boyutundan öteye taşınması açısından önemlidir. Çokkipli çevriyazı yöntemi ile çalışmak ve görsel-işitsel metinleri çözümlemek çevirmen adaylarının temel edinçlerine yenilerini katar, görsel-işitsel çeviri edincini geliştirir. Bu çalışmada çokkipli çevriyazı yönteminin görsel-işitsel metinlerde nasıl uygulandığı betimlenerek gösterildi. Netflix’te yayımlanan Almanca “Dark” dizisinden birkaç sahne bu yöntemle çözümlendi ve görsel-işitsel bir metni bütün bileşenleriyle kavramanın çeviri açısından önemi tartışıldı. Bunun sonucunda bu yöntemin görsel-işitsel çeviri eğitiminde uygulanabileceği görüldü.
Multiple text analysis is a method that we study and analyze for the purpose of translation of visual-hearing products. In the visual-hearing products that the various plates combine, the cylinders play a very important role. In a story, the image, image, symbol, movement, the position of characters or body language, the type of drawing, color, music and all the other objects are captives with the potential to create the same meaning as verbal indicators. The existence of all of them together and the interactive partnership of the curtains, integrating each other, creates meaning. An understanding of the components of visual and hearing translation helps students and translators to acquire a comprehensive and functional perspective of visual and hearing translation. It is important for the analysis of the currents in visual-hearing translation, on the one hand, as it will help to provide a comprehensive and functional perspective, on the other hand, by providing different data in visual-hearing translations, such as subtitles, duplications, voice-over, especially voice-imaging, to move the translation beyond the linguistic dimension. Working with the complex translation method and analyzing visual-hearing texts adds new to the core acquisitions of the translator candidates, develops the visual-hearing translation acquisition. In this study, it was shown by illustrating how the multi-crypt method was applied in visual-hearing texts. Several scenes from the German series "Dark" published on Netflix were solved by this method and the importance of translating a visual-hearing text with all its components was discussed. As a result, this method could be applied in visual-hearing translation training.
Multimodal textual analysis is a method that will be examined and analysed from the perspective of translating audiovisual products. Modality plays an important role in the aggregation of various rhythms that form audiovisual products. In any given narrative modality has the same creative potential as any other verbal signs, such as components like imagery, symbols, movement, stance of characters or body language, type of shot, colour, and music. The coexistence of all the above elements along with the interactive partnership of the modality, ensures the integration of all components. The analysis of modality in audiovisual translation training, in terms of transcription, and a comprehension of the semantic components, aids translation students and translators in adopting a holistic and functional perspective. An analysis of modality in audiovisual translation, is not only important because it assists those interested in the issue and translation students in adopting a holistic and functional perspective. Modality also provides different data on types of audiovisual translation particularly audio description such as subtitling, dubbing and voice-overs, and thus ensures that the translation goes beyond the linguistic dimension. Working with multimodal transcription to analyse audiovisual texts not only adds to the fundamental skills of translation students, but also improves their proficiency in audiovisual translation training. This study demonstrates how the method of multimodal trascription is used on audiovisual texts. A number of scenes from the German Netflix Series “Dark” were analysed using this method, and the concept of an audiovisual text including all of its components was discussed on the basis. As a result, it was seen that this method can be applied in audio-visual translation training.
