in this study, the effect of fatigue in the standard exercise, which is around the standart threshold of vitamin e, is based on plasma lactate concentrations pla, the effect on oxidation mechanisms is sulfhydrail groups rsh and lipid peroxidation products were evaluated by examining tbars, the age involved in the research was determined by the use of 8 subelit volunteer athletes after the rest and standard running exercise program 1 without using any drug after the use of 2 1 week of plasebo after 3 1 week of serum 047 day dose after the use of vitamin e was significantly increased by the concentration of vitamin 047 mm and the vitamin e to a significant increase in the use of vitamin 015 mm and the use of vitamin 585 levels of the concentration of vitamin e10 m2, and the increase in the increase in the vitamin e10 m2 of vitamin 585 levels
In this study, the effect of vitamin E on endurance capacity was investigated by analysis of plasma lactate (PLa) concentrations and on oxidation mechanisms was evaluated by serum sulphydril groups (RSH) and lipid peroxidation products (TBARS) in a treadmill running exercise, performed at the intensity of 4 mM lactate threshold. In 8 voluntary subelit male athletes, PLa, serum vitamin E, serum RSH and serum TBARS concentrations were analyzed; 1) before taking any kind of substance, 2) after taking placebo for one week, 3) after taking 1000 UI/day vitamin E for one week. It was observed that, 1000 UI/day vitamin E supplementation for one week is increased serum vitamin E concentration as %75.9. There was no effect of placebo on any parameter. Before vitamin E supplementation, exercise was increase serum TBARS level significantly (p<0.05). However, after vitamin E supplementation, significant reduction on this increment ratio (p<0.05) was determined. Vitamin E supplementation had no significant effect on serum RSH levels. Although, PLa concentration, received after 20 min treadmill exercise was decreased from 4.7±07 mM to 4.3±1.5 mM and there was a negative correlation between serum vitamin E and PLa concentrations after vitamin E supplementation, these differences and relationships were not statistically significant.
