Bu araştırma lisans düzeyinde yürütülen Türk halk müziği ses eğitimi – yorumlama – repertuvar ile ilgili derslerin öğretim programlarında teori, uygulama açısından nasıl yer aldığı ve uzman görüşleri ile birlikte ilgili derslerin yöntem kazanım durumlarını ortaya koymayı amaçlamaktadır. Araştırmada Türk halk müziği ses eğitimi – yorumlama – repertuvar ile ilgili dersleri yürüten uzmanlara öğretim programlarının ders tanım ve içerikleri, derste uyguladıkları yöntem ve kazanım durumları ve ders ile ilgili önerilerini içeren yapılandırılmış görüşme formu uygulanmıştır. Araştırma, Türk halk müziği ses eğitimi – yorumlama – repertuvar ile ilgili derslerin bulunduğu 6 devlet konservatuvarın 2019-2020 eğitim öğretim yılı ve öğretim programları ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Araştırmadan elde edilen verilere göre Türk halk müziği ses eğitimi – yorumlama – repertuvar ile ilgili derslerin bulunduğu konservatuvarlarda, konservatuvar isimlerindeki farklılıklar, ders isim, tanım ve içerik olarak öğrenci bilgi sisteminde yer alan tanımlamalarla, uzmanların verdikleri cevapların aynı gibi görünse de farklılık gösterdiği, ele alınan Türk halk müziği ile ilgili ses eğitimi, yorumlama ve repertuvar gibi derslerin teori uygulama ve kredi bakımından aynı olmadığı, belirtilen derslerin bir kısmının birebir aynı alanlardan mezun olmayan uzmanlar tarafından yürütüldüğü tespit edilmiştir. Derslerin işlendiği salonların fiziki olarak yetersizliği, ihtiyaç duyulan müzik kayıt sistemleri ve cihazlarının eksikliği, konservatuvarların bulunduğu konum itibariyle eşit imkan ve olanaklara sahip olmadıkları, dönem sonu veya yıl sonu konser ve etkinliklerin her konservatuvarda farklılıklar gösterdiği sonuçlarına ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda çeşitli öneriler sunulmuştur.
This research is conducted at the bachelor level in Turkish folk music vocal education - interpretation - repertoire related courses in the teaching programs of the theory, how they are involved in the application and how the method of achievement of the courses related to the expert views. In the research, the Turkish folk music audio education - interpretation - repertoire related courses have been applied to the specialists with a structured conversation form that includes the teaching programs’ course definition and content, the method they apply in the course and the achievement situations and the recommendations related to the course. The research is limited to the 2019-2020 educational year and curriculum of the 6 state conservatories, where the Turkish folk music audio education - interpretation - repertoire related courses. According to the data obtained from the research, in the conservatories where the courses related to Turkish folk music sound education - interpretation - repertoire, the differences in the names of the conservatories, the name of the course, the definition and the content of the student information system with the definitions, the specialists give the answers appear the same but differ, the courses related to Turkish folk music, interpretation and repertoire are not the same in terms of the theoretical application and credit, some of the specified courses are conducted by non-graduate specialists from the same fields. The physical insufficiency of the halls in which the courses are processed, the lack of the required music recording systems and devices, the lack of equal opportunities and possibilities according to the location where the conservatories are located, the end of the period or the end of the year the concerts and events show differences in each conservatory. A number of recommendations have been presented in accordance with these results.
