Bu çalışma; İstanbul İli, Küçükçekmece ilçesi sınırları içerisinde bulunan okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin çatışma yönetimi stratejilerini; yaş, medeni durum, öğrenim durumu, okul türü, çalışılan okuldaki öğretmen sayısı, görev süresi, mesleki kıdem değişkenleri açısından incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu araştırmanın örneklemi, 2017-2018 eğitim öğretim yılında İstanbul ili Küçükçekmece ilçesindeki 230 tane okul öncesi öğretmeninden oluşmaktadır. Araştırmada veri toplamak amacıyla “Çatışma Yönetimi Stratejileri Ölçeği” kullanılmıştır. Ölçekte yer alan her madde de yer alan davranışın görülme sıklığını belirlemek için beşli likert tipi bir ölçek kullanılmıştır. Araştırma da elde edilen veriler, SPSS for Windows istatiksel paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmada verilerin analizinde frekans, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans analizi (ANOVA) ve Tukey testi yapılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin analizi sonucunda; okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin çatışma yönetimi stratejileri ile öğrenim durumu ve öğretmen sayısı değişkenleri arasında anlamlı farklılıklar bulunmuştur. Önlisans mezunu öğretmenler lisans ve üzeri mezunu öğretmenlere göre çatışma yönetimi stratejilerinden kaçınma, uzlaşma ve uyma stratejilerini daha fazla kullanmaktadır. Çalışılan okuldaki öğretmen sayısının 1-10 arası olan öğretmenlerin 26-30 olan öğretmenlere göre çatışma yönetimi stratejilerinden kaçınma ve uyma stratejilerini daha fazla kullandıkları yönündedir. Okul öncesi öğretmenlerinin çatışma yönetimi stratejileri ile cinsiyet, yaş, medeni durum, çalışılan okul türü, okul öncesi eğitim kurumu, çalışılan okuldaki görev süresi, mesleki kıdem, yöneticilik deneyimi, hizmetiçi eğitim almış veya almamış olma değişkenleri açısından incelemek amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir.
This study was carried out with the aim of studying the conflict management strategies of pre-school teachers located within the boundaries of the province of Istanbul; age, civil status, state of education, type of school, number of teachers in the school studied, time of duty, variables of professional age. The sample of this study consists of 230 pre-school teachers in Istanbul or Küçükçekmece district in the 2017-2018 educational year. The study used the "Conflict Management Strategies Scale" to collect data. Each substance in the scale has been used a five-like likert-type scale to determine the frequency of behavior in the scale. The research also analyzed the data obtained using the SPSS for Windows statistical package program. In the analysis of the data the frequency, percentage, average, standard deviation, t-test, one-way variance analysis (ANOVA) and Tukey test were performed. The analysis of the research data found significant differences between the conflict management strategies of pre-school teachers and the study status and the variables in the number of teachers. Pre-graduate teachers use more strategies of avoidance, reconciliation and compliance from conflict management strategies compared to bachelor's and higher-graduate teachers. The number of teachers in the school is between 1-10 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30 and the number of teachers in the school is 26-30. Pre-school teachers' conflict management strategies are carried out with the aim of examining the variables in terms of gender, age, civil status, the type of school studied, pre-school educational institution, the duration of office in the school studied, professional age, management experience, service education received or not received.
This paper; Conflict management strategies of preschool teachers in Istanbul Province, Küçükçekmece district; age, marital status, education level, school type, number of teachers in the school, tenure, professional seniority variables. The sample of this research consists of 230 preschool teachers in Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul in the 2017-2018 academic year. “Conflict Management Strategies Scale” was used to collect data in the research. As a result of the analysis of the research data; Significant differences were found between the conflict management strategies of preschool teachers and the variables of educational status and number of teachers. Associate degree teachers use conflict management strategies avoidance, compromise and compliance more than teachers with undergraduate and higher education degrees. It is seen that the teachers who have 1-10 teachers in the school where they work use the strategies of avoiding and complying with conflict management strategies more than the teachers who are 26-30. It was conducted to examine the conflict management strategies of preschool teachers in terms of gender, age, marital status, type of school, pre-school education institution, tenure at the school, professional seniority, managerial experience, having or not received in-service training.
