Özet:

Since the 20th century, Saudi Arabia has taken its place as an important actor in Middle East politics. There are relations between the state of Saudi Arabia and the Republic of Türkiye from past to present. These relations have been the subject of analysis in the discipline of international relations and the relations between the two countries have played an important role in determining the Middle East policy. At this point, first of all, the effect of the aforementioned relationship on the foreign policy analysis of the political institutions in the country should be known. In the first part of the study, the concepts of foreign policy and foreign policy analysis are explained, the country profiles of Türkiye and Saudi Arabia are discussed, and then the factors that determine the foreign policies of the two countries are mentioned. In the last part, which is the second part of our study, the relations between Türkiye and Saudi Arabia are evaluated in the historical framework under the titles of relations in the Ottoman Period and the Republic Period. In addition, this study aimed to present the important events under the titles of the period in a chronological way in order to facilitate the individuals and organizations who want to conduct research.
