Following the invasion of Iraq in 2003, the Palestinian Problem, in the Arab Israeli conflict, these countries exhibit different attitudes under the influence of the US and Russia. While the policies of Iran were in the axis of Russia in the beginning and after the beginning of the Arab Spring period; The politics of Egypt and Saudi Arabia have been shaped in the direction of US politics. The rivalry between the Iranian, Saudi Arabian and Egyptian powers and policies in the Middle East region; the competition between Russia and the USA is reflected in these countries to a certain extent. The energy and arms industries of the US and Russia are two of the most important sectors. The presence of energy in the Middle East, Geopolitical position and conflicts and wars in the region make the region a center of attraction for these two countries. It is the weapon that is most often bought and sold in an unstable region and increases energy prices. The United States and Russia are among the most important countries at the point of energy; the fact that the US has sold weapons to Saudi Arabia and Egypt and that Russia sees Iran as a big market has a direct impact on the relations between these countries and the countries in the region. In the study, it was alleged that the influence of Russia and the United States shaped the relations of Egypt, Saudi Arabia and Iran with those of other actors, the evaluation was made by examining the existing relations between them.
