Abstract:

Due to globalization, the increased competition in the market has directed to increase their competitiveness with new management strategies and business models. In this context, supply chain management aims to effectively implement the product and information flow in the process from the source to the final consumer. However, gaining a complex structure of the supply process depending on the rapidly changing customer demand and desire has led the to use external resources for their transactions left beyond their main activities, focusing on their basic capabilities. The importance of this study is the implementation within the supply chain of the rapidly growing external resource use strategy. In the field work in the automotive industry, the automotive supply chain management examined the use of external resources and the processes affecting the use of external resources.
