Bu araştırma Burdur ili merkezinde çeşitli kamu kurumlarında çalışan memur kadrosundaki çalışanların algılarına dayanılarak, toplumsal kültürün örgütsel değişim tutumuna etkisinde örgüt kültürünün aracılık rolünü açıklamaya yöneliktir. Ölçekler çeşitli kamu çalışanı memurlara tesadüfi olarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın yönteminde kullanılan istatistiksel yaklaşım yapısal eşitlik modellemesidir (YEM). Araştırmanın modeli yapısal eşitlik modeli ile analize tabi tutulmuş ve sonucunda toplumsal kültürün anlamlı bir şekilde örgütsel değişim tutumuna ve örgüt kültürüne etki ettiği aynı zamanda da toplumsal kültürün örgütsel değişime etkisinde örgüt kültürünün aracılık etkisine sahip olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
This research is based on the perceptions of the staff of officials working in various public institutions in the Burdur state center, aimed at explaining the mediation role of the organization culture in the influence of the organizational change attitude of the social culture. The measurements were applied to various public employees randomly. The statistical approach used in the research method is structural equality modeling (YEM). The model of the study was subject to analysis with the structural equality model and the result was that the social culture has a significant impact on the organizational change attitude and the organizational culture, and the social culture has a mediation effect on the organizational change.
This research aims to explain the mediating role of organizational culture in the effect of social culture on organizational change attitude based on the perceptions of employees in civil servants working in various public institutions in Burdur province. The scales were applied randomly to various public servants. The statistical approach used in the method of the research is structural equation modeling (SEM). The model of the research was analyzed with the structural equation model and as a result, it was concluded that social culture had a significant effect on organizational change attitude and organizational culture, and it also concluded that organizational culture had an mediating effect on the impact of social culture on organizational change.
