Bu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye’de 2005-2020 yılları arasında Sosyal Bilgiler beceri eğitiminde nitel olarak yapılan araştırmaların yılı, türü, sınıf düzeyi, kullandıkları beceri türü, öğretim yaklaşım, yöntem ve teknikler ile veri toplama araçları tercihlerini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın veri seti olan tez ve makaleler Ulusal Tez Merkezi, Dergi Park, Ulakbim ve Google Akademik veri tabanlarında “Sosyal Bilgiler”, “Sosyal Bilgiler Beceri Eğitimi” ve “Beceri Eğitimi” anahtar kelimeleriyle taranarak elde edilmiş ve sadece nitel olarak yapılan çalışmalar değerlendirilmiştir. Buna göre, 1750 tez ve 900 makale incelenerek araştırma kapsamına uyan 8 yüksek lisans tezi, 7 doktora tezi ve 5 makale olmak üzere toplam 20 çalışma belirlenmiştir. Doküman incelemesi yoluyla elde edilen bulgular içerik analiz yöntemi ile analizi yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonuçlarına göre 2005-2010 yılları arasında 1 adet yüksek lisans 1 adet doktora tezi, 2011-2016 yılları arasında 2 adet makale çalışması, 2016-2020 yılları arasında ise 7 yüksek lisans, 6 doktora tezi ve 3 makale çalışması yapılmıştır. Bu bulguya göre 2016-2020 yılları arasında önemli bir artış olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmaların daha çok 7. Sınıf düzeyinde yapıldığı, tarihsel empati becerisinin daha fazla çalışıldığı, bunu girişimcilik, sosyal katılım ve iletişim becerilerinin takip ettiği görülmektedir. Ayrıca araştırmalarda daha çok yapılandırmacı yaklaşım esas alındığı, öğretim yöntemi olarak daha çok tartışma ve sunum yöntemini tercih etiklerini, veri toplamada ise görüşme tekniğini kullandıkları belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this study in Turkey between 2005-2020 years is to reveal the preferences of the year, type, class level, type of skills they use, teaching approach, methods and techniques and data collection tools. The thesis and articles, which are the data set of the research, were obtained by scanning with the keywords "Social Information", "Social Information Skills Education" and "Scientific Education" in the National Thesis Center, Magazine Park, Ulakbim and Google Academic databases, and the studies were only evaluated as qualitative. According to this, a total of 20 studies, including 8 master theses, 7 doctoral theses and 5 articles, which match the research scope by studying 1750 theses and 900 articles, were determined. The findings obtained through the document review were analyzed by the method of content analysis. According to the results of the study, 1 master’s 1 doctoral thesis was done between 2005 and 2010, 2 paper studies between 2011 and 2016, and 7 master’s, 6 doctoral thesis and 3 paper studies between 2016 and 2020. This findings showed a significant increase between 2016 and 2020. More than 7 works. It appears that it is done at class level, the skills of historical empathy are more studied, followed by entrepreneurship, social participation and communication skills. It is also determined that more structuring approaches are based in research, the method of teaching is preferred by the ethics of discussion and presentation method, and the technique of conversation is used in data collection.
