Abstract:

The aim of this study is to identify the views of Turkish students as a foreign language about the levels of concern they experience in the language learning process. In accordance with this purpose, the opinions of students who learn Turkish as a foreign language about the concerns they experience in the language knowledge learning process and the skills they acquire, were taken through various data collection tools. The research has been used for the study of quality research patterns. The study group is made up of students studying in C1 course at a large university in the west of Turkey in TÖMER. Content analysis method has been used to analyze the data obtained in the study. The study found that students who learn Turkish as a foreign language rarely experience an anxiety during their language learning. However, the perceptions of self-capacity towards the learning of language knowledge of foreign students have also been identified at the middle level.
