So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

In order to survive in intense competitive environment, businesses suffering the influence of rapid developments in globalization and technology, started to make radical changes in their management and production structures. With the aim of adapting the changes, being less influenced by fluctuations, benefiting more from current technology and information, outsourcing method is widely used. The aim of the study is to identify the general thoughts of hotel businesses in Antalya about outsourcing utilization. In the first section of the study, literature review about outsourcing, in the second section identification of departments using or planning to use are stated. Specifically, accounting transactions are stressed in the research results.
