This study, which aims to determine the level of relationship between organizational cynicism, education and development activities, has been examined through descriptive and relational screening. The universe of the research was chosen as a public hospital in Balıkesir and the sample was identified as 119 people. In the research, 17 expressions which was used by Uyar (2010) for the training and development activities have been preferred. For organizational cynicism, organizational cynicism scale consisting of 13 expressions with cognitive, emotional and behavioral sub-dimensions developed by Brandes, Dhadwarkar and Dean (1999) was used. The data were analyzed by statistical analysis and then analyzed by a packet program. As a result, there was a negative, meaningful and weak relationship between the training and development activities applied to health workers and organizational cynicism.
